So proud of this absolute powerhouse! 🚴‍♀️✨
Four weeks before heading to Italy, Alana’s mum reached out asking if PEMF therapy could help get Alana back on the bike after a diagnosis of knee tendinitis left her unable to ride—and facing the heartbreaking possibility of missing the XCO World Junior Championships.
Determined not to let her dream slip away, Alana showed unbelievable dedication. She was up and waiting at 7:00 AM before school for her PEMF sessions, taking onboard every piece of recovery advice across 11 sessions in just three weeks.
Her hard work paid off in a massive way! The day before stepping on the plane to Europe, Alana raced at CX Nationals and claimed 1st Place in the U23 Championship! 🏆
She then flew straight to Italy to represent Australia on the world stage at the XCO World Junior Championships.
I am so deeply grateful to have played a part in helping her get there. Whether it’s working with humans or horses, being able to make a real difference and help athletes reach their goals is what I love most about what I do!
