🐮 Making Dreams Happen! 💛

Some dreams are just too special not to chase! ✨

Last week, Char headed off on a road trip to Westerway for a very special experience — brushing a beautiful Highland cow! 🚗🌿

With her love for these fluffy, shaggy-haired beauties, Char was absolutely in her element on the farm. It was a wonderful opportunity to get up close, spend time with her favourite animals and make some special memories. 🐮🥰

We love seeing dreams come to life and supporting people to explore their interests, try new experiences and do the things that make them happy!

Our support workers work alongside people to provide active support, build independence and create opportunities for meaningful experiences in the community.

Keep dreaming big, Char! 💫🏆

🍲 A Dinner to Remember! 🍴

Hot pot, good food and great company! 😋

Yesterday, the guys at one of our properties went all out for a special hot pot dinner! Everyone got involved in preparing the ingredients and discovered how fun and easy it can be to cook your own meal in a delicious, bubbling broth. 🥢

There were plenty of ingredients to choose from, lots of tasty combinations to try, and smiles all around. It was a fantastic evening of learning new skills, sharing a meal and spending quality time together! 🫕

Our support workers work alongside people to provide active support, build everyday skills and encourage connection and participation in the community.

Great food, great company and memories made! 🏆

👨‍🍳 Cooking Up a Storm! 🧁

Char was busy in the kitchen this afternoon, whipping up a delicious batch of homemade cupcakes! From getting the ingredients ready to mixing and creating, Char was hands-on and enjoying every moment. 🧁✨

Cooking is a great way to build confidence, develop everyday skills and, of course, enjoy the rewards of your hard work! Our support workers provide active support, working alongside the people we support to encourage independence, build skills and make everyday activities meaningful and enjoyable.

Well done, Char! We can’t wait to see what you bake up next! 🏆👏

💅 Getting Pampered! ✨
Ellen enjoyed a well-deserved pamper session, complete with freshly painted nails and a beautiful new nail polish to brighten her day. 💖

It's often the little things that bring the biggest smiles, and today was no exception! 😁

We will not 🚫 be meeting at Hobart Hackerspace this Saturday 06/06/2026 due to an ongoing temporary closure.🪏

🚶‍♂️🆕 This Saturday we are meeting at the Wise Life Services Office: 29 Mahoney Drive, Claremont.

We do plan to return 🔙 to Hobart Hackerspace next fortnight as usual. ⏳
