Another beautiful day in paradise!
Just checking in on everyone, making sure you are all o.k?
If your not o.k, are you showing yourself and others that you are not o.k?
I'm here to have a chat about something huge that Ive realised mainstream silently resists people in doing.
Showing their emotions!
I was brought up with a father that cried.
Watching lassie on t.v he was the first to cry! Damn stupid programme he would say, as he stayed watching the screen.
He taught me its o.k to show your truth through emotions.
Are you angry? Show it. Are you sad? Show it. Are you joyful, show it!
Im not saying go on a rampage with your anger, Im saying sit in it and be it, examine what's yours and not yours.
And when ready- let it go!
But be your truth!
Be you at any given time, dont suppress and dont pretend.
My children grew up with me showing my emotions- It shows them my strength in being me.
It showed them empathy and
it showed them how to read emotions.
They felt secure to show their emotions, themselves.
The key is not to stay in an emotion too long, to ride through it. If you are staying to long in your anger, ask yourself why am I caught up in this? How can I let go and move forward. Always a process, always so beautiful- ( might not seem that at the time)- Its called growth!
For alll you darling healers out there, there is power in leaving people to walk their own journey with their emotional being.
We seem to want to clear, fix and bring them into their power- But have we?
The allowance of emotional flow is needed so one can understand one's own authentic emotional journey.
To understand our emotions is to feel that intense vulnerability in showing up for ourselves. - That there is the flag showing you, you are right where you should be.Stand in it, be your truth and work through it!
To be heard, to be seen and to be understood within ourselves and to others is the power of you!
So cry, write those words of anger on paper, feel what you feel- just make sure your inner self and your outer being become the best friends- so that you can be your true feelings as you walk through your life. 💜
If you are doing that- you are being your authentic self. We are human, we feel- allow yourself the priviledge of gifting your inner self time so you can hear what yourself has to say, feel their emotions openly- Its a friendship that will become love and joy.
