We love a good at home skincare routine but an at home treatment room? Not so much 😅

There are some things we’re more than happy for you to do from your bathroom but clinical skin needling isn’t one of them.

Because professional needling is about so much more than the device itself.

It’s knowing your skin, what it can tolerate, what products can safely be used, how deeply to treat and, sometimes most importantly, when NOT to needle at all.

We know those little at home devices can look pretty convincing online, but this is one treatment we’d leave to the professionals.

As Skye said, your skin is an organ, not a DIY project. 🩶

Some skincare advice really needs to stay in the early 2000s 😂

Because somewhere along the way we were taught that breakouts needed to be dried out, pores needed to disappear, treatments needed to feel intense and every new line required immediate attention.

We’ve learnt a few things since then(thankfully😅)

Looking after your skin doesn’t have to mean chasing perfect, poreless, forever-25 skin.

It can simply mean understanding what your skin needs now, supporting it as it changes and treating the things that bother YOU.
