💛 R U OK? Day

A simple conversation can make a big difference.

Today is a reminder to check in with the people around us, not just today, but any day. Ask “R U OK?”, listen with care, and support each other.

Sometimes, just knowing someone is there can mean more than we realise. 💛

At Community 3SIX5, we’re here to support our participants, families, staff and community, because no one should feel like they have to face a difficult day alone.

Stronger people. Stronger communities. Because people matter. 🌸

🌈 Happy Disability Pride Month!

Every July, we celebrate Disability Pride Month—a time to recognise, celebrate, and honour the experiences, identities, and achievements of people with disabilities.

Disability is a natural and valuable part of human diversity. This month reminds us of the importance of inclusion, accessibility, respect, and equal opportunities for everyone.

Let's continue creating communities where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered—not just in July, but every day. 💙
