Level 1 - Life Alchemy Workshop

☀️Last weekend we explored Emotions, Physical and Emotional Wellbeing, Breath work and its impact on your nervous system and finished with pure healing☀️

The key take aways from our level 1 workshop last weekend were:

🔑 You have the power to change your emotional state

🔑 Understanding your inner dialogue to identify your subconscious beliefs which drive your behaviour

🔑 How unprocessed emotions chemically change your physiology and how clearing them can enhance your life

🍃Your emotions broadcast a frequency and your focus shapes your reality.

🗓️ Keep and eye out for some snippets of our workshop and stay tuned for when our Level 2 Workshop may be taking place 🤍
