We’re running!

After months of planning, listening to families and building something we wish existed…

Every Player FC is a child-first coaching environment that uses football to help children build confidence, movement, friendships and a sense of belonging.

For many children, traditional sport simply isn’t designed around how they learn, communicate or experience the world.

So we do things differently.

We adapt to every child, not the other way around.

Every session is built around each player’s strengths, challenges and individual needs, with structured activities, small groups and patient coaching that helps every child succeed at their own pace.

Football is simply the tool.

The real goal is for every child to leave feeling:
- More confident.
- More active.
- More connected.
- Proud of what they achieved.

Why Every Player FC?

Because we believe football should adapt to the child, not the other way around.

Too often, children are expected to fit into one way of learning, one pace and one style of coaching.

If they struggle, they’re labelled as “not ready”, “not listening” or “not sporty.”

We see it differently.

Every child learns differently.
Every child communicates differently.
Every child gains confidence differently.

So instead of asking children to change…

We change the environment.

We slow things down when needed.
We break skills into achievable steps.
We celebrate effort just as much as achievement.
We create sessions where children can feel safe enough to try, make mistakes and keep going.

Yes, we teach football.

But football is simply the tool.

The real goal is helping children discover confidence, independence, friendships and a place where they genuinely feel they belong.

Because when a child feels understood, incredible things happen.

Who is Every Player FC for?

Every child deserves the chance to enjoy football.

But for some children, traditional sporting environments can feel overwhelming.

Large teams.
Constant noise.
Long queues.
Too much waiting.
Too many instructions at once.

At Every Player FC, we’ve created something different.

Our sessions are specifically designed for children who are neurodivergent or who simply benefit from a little more support, structure and understanding.

Many of our players have autism, ADHD or other additional needs.

What they all have in common is that they deserve a place where they can feel safe, successful and included.

Our focus isn’t just football.

It’s helping children:
- build confidence
- develop social skills
- enjoy being active outdoors
- experience success at their own pace
- make genuine friendships

Small groups, patient coaching and predictable sessions allow every child to participate without feeling left behind.

Because at Every Player FC, we’re not trying to fit children into football.

We’re adapting football to fit the child.

What does an Every Player FC session actually look like?

Every session follows a familiar structure because many children thrive when they know what to expect.

That doesn’t mean standing in lines doing drills.

It means arriving to a welcoming environment, playing games that build football skills without pressure, celebrating small wins, making friends and leaving with a smile.

Our sessions focus on:
- Confidence before competition
- Fun before perfection
- Progress at each child’s own pace
- Small groups with plenty of individual support
- Being active outdoors in a safe, positive environment

Some children come to build confidence.

Some simply need somewhere they feel accepted.

Whatever the reason, every child deserves the chance to belong.

We spent the weekend setting everything up, testing sessions, and making sure we’re creating the right environment for the kids we support.

A big part of what we do is making sure the space feels calm, safe, and structured, especially for children who may find traditional sports overwhelming.

We’ve now moved to a new location in Labrador and will be running another Open Day on the first weekend of May.

This is just the beginning.
