Want a simple life?
A post to illuminate the way we live in a dysfunctional world.
How I feel life through my body sometimes whispering and sometimes it jolts me to see clearer.
I honour each moment showing me and allowing me to feel, whether the moment is difficult or easy.
What matters is the truth it opens within me by listening, to accept, to see and it’s all here to teach me and remind me of my choice.
To choose from my place of truth is freedom.
REMEMBER: No screen, No system, No person, No place can take the truth away, especially when we have been through the fire to see it so clearly.
The most rebellious thing we can do is to think and feel for ourselves, allowing our humanity. Remembering nature is medicine and connecting back to simpler ways that worked…. Eating real food, connecting with people, going outside, prioritising clean water, breathing deeper and moving more.
The world is so dysfunctional and getting worse and our bodies are the vessel taking us through all of it. Feeling all of it.
Encouraged to be different, to be anyone other than who we are and to suppress what we came here for - to feel and connect with others in these bodies…
There are a high level of these quick fixes, encouraging the bypassing of the body, sterilising the body, taking out the thinking and problem solving which means we will have no attention span fuelled by fake dopamine.
In time… We wont be able to slow down to be in these bodies.
Take one day off screens, really look around, take it in. Go outside, walk, breathe, be present with what you feel. Thats medicine right there.
If we keep participating in this dysfunction there is only going to be an increase in inflammation, autoimmune disease, chronic pain, fatigue, dis-ease… not to mention unworthiness, warped views of success and mental health issues.
Im seeing a lot of people who cannot sit still with themselves and this is a big problem, how will we think for ourselves, how will we keep our truth and freedom?
Slow down, please. Just for one day and really notice.
Don’t choose the dysfunction.
Choose yourself, here in this moment, allowing the listening to your body to guide you for one day.
