Invitation to step out of the busy and into this sanctuary at SolState through a guided somatic movement journey, designed to help you slow down and reconnect with presence in your body in a safe way.

What to expect:
This hour immersion is a dedicated space for nervous system regulation, combining somatic movement techniques, breathing, and the restorative power of sound healing which will leave you feeling deeply rested and nurtured.

Somatic healing: Grounding into the body, guided by felt sensation, not force.

Sound: Using vibrations to calm the nervous system and take you on a journey back home into your body.

Rest & Digest: Activating the parasympathetic nervous system.

This one we get the pleasure of live tunes from our resident epic DJ.
