5. Things you didn’t know about me that have impacted who I am today.🧐

1.I’m the descendant of a Second Fleet convict.πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§
What I learned.
After reading about him was it doesn’t matter where you came from or what circumstances arise in your life, it is what you do after that, that can make all the difference. You see he served his time and ended up quite quite successful in farming after being granted a huge sum of land even in today’s standards.🚜

2. I fractured my skull when I was 14 when I fell out of a Milk truck I was working on as my part time job. At the time sport was my life and I had to stop it all for a full year only being aloud to walk for exercise.πŸ€•
What I learned.
Not to take life for granted and that determination and passion can over come most if not all obstacles, as the following year after a full recovery I returned to all sport regained my lost fitness and gained Representative HonorsπŸ‰πŸ†.

3. When I was 24 I decided to move a 1000 km north to Sunny Queensland for a fresh start and adventure. To this day that is where I live with my wife and three children.πŸ„πŸ‘©β€β€οΈβ€πŸ’‹β€πŸ‘¨
What I learned.
The only thing that ever stands in your way is yourself.πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ When you put your mind to something and it is truly what you want, nothing and I mean nothing will stand in you way until you achieve it.πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ

4. I have had a grand total of 46 different jobs 8 different career changes.πŸ‘·πŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎπŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»πŸ‘¨β€πŸ”§πŸ¦ΊπŸ‚πŸš›πŸ—
What I have learned.
Change can be hard at times but when opportunities come by take a chance and go for it. We only get one life on this planet and experiences are finite but there are many for the brave and adventurous.β˜―οΈβ›ΊοΈβ›΅οΈπŸ€ͺ

5. I found my passion helping and coaching people to unlock their true potential and overcome their obstacles.πŸ”“
What I have learned.
Having overcoming my own issues and obstacles led me to realise everyone goes through something at some point of their lives and the more I overcome and learn the more I can assist other to do the same.🧘🧩

It can be both humbling and shocking looking back on your life but ultimately what we chose to do with our experiences and circumstances leads us to where we are today.πŸ˜πŸ‘ŠπŸ’₯

My life has been a roller coaster ride of experiences and lessons and will continue to be amazing and wonderful to the end.πŸ‘±β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘¨β€πŸ¦³πŸ‘΄

Celebrate the little things.

Don't discount the little achievements that you are successful with.

If you start your quit smoking journey with having only one less cigarette a day in a month you would have smoked up to 30 Less ci******es, that's a packet!

In a year that's 365 Less Ci******es, that a little over 10 packets.

If you set yourself a goal of 1 less a day in the first week then 2 less a day in the second and 3 less a day in the third, well you get the idea, if you smoke a pack a day you would Quit in 30 weeks.

Starting off with small successes and being proud of those achievements is a sure fired way to build confidence that You can successfully Quit Smoking, or do anything you put your mind to.

It's the time old saying how do you eat an Elephant (metaphorically speaking) well it would be one bite at a time.

Take care and Remember Quitters can be Winners!
