🩷 A little reminder from today’s reflection.

When we’re stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, grieving, or simply tired, it’s easy to move straight into reaction mode.

We might scroll.

We might avoid.

We might distract ourselves.

push through.

Or try to fix ourselves.

But awareness creates choice.

When we pause and become curious about what’s happening inside us, we create a little space between what we’re feeling and how we respond.

✨ How am I feeling?

✨ What am I noticing in my body?

✨ What might I need right now?

Not from a place of judgment.

Not from a place of “I should be doing better.”

Just simple curiosity.

Because once we become aware of what’s happening, we have options.

Maybe your body is asking for movement.

Maybe it’s asking for rest.

Maybe it’s asking for a meal, a shower, a conversation, or a few deep breaths.

Awareness doesn’t always change what we’re feeling.

But it can help us choose our next step with a little more kindness and intention.

What is one thing your body is asking for today? 🩷

These are the kinds of conversations, reflections and practices we explore inside the rest club. If you’d like to join us you’ll find the link in my bio. ✨

🌿 The Rest Club is now free to join.

When I first created the Rest Club, everything sat behind a paywall. But I’ve realised that it’s hard to know whether a space feels right for you when you can’t step inside.

So I’ve opened the doors.

You can now join for free, connect with the community, take part in discussions, enjoy free practices, and get a feel for what Rest Club is all about.

If you’d like to go deeper, there’s still a Premium membership with access to the full library of meditations, Yoga Nidra, movement practices, workshops, resources, and the Restie Connection Circle.

Whether you’re looking for a little more rest, nervous system support, or simply a gentle place to land, you’re warmly welcome.

Finding the Calm Within the Wild 🌊

A small moment to pause.
To breathe.
To soften your shoulders a little.
To arrive back in your body amongst the noise of life.

This is a gentle snippet from a longer guided wander now resting inside The Rest Club — created for busy minds, tired nervous systems, and anyone needing a moment of softness.

Do you give yourself little pauses throughout the day, or is rest something you tend to put off until exhaustion arrives?

There’s something about slowing down enough to hear yourself again 🌙

Lately I’ve been feeling the pull to create spaces where we don’t have to perform, fix, or figure anything out…

Just a place to land.
To soften.
To reconnect with what’s already there.

So I’m opening my home again for another women’s circle ✨

This Sunday we will congregate
in my rest nest
(My very cosy lounge room) ☺️
For 2 hours of Connection+Reflection.

We will move through
Gentle meditation
Sharing + deep listening
Somatic body mapping activity
and a sound bath integration.

We have 4 spaces left for this circle as we like to keep it deliberately intimate

If you feel called to join or simply curious, please feel free to reach out to me personally or check the link below (or in my bio)

✨ This is more than just lying on a yoga mat ✨

Something I say in all my restorative classes is…
bring everything.

Blankets, pillows, anything that makes you feel really comfortable.

Because before your body can rest…
it has to feel safe.

Your nervous system is always scanning your environment,
asking am I safe right now?

And if the answer is no,
your body stays alert.

Imagine if there was a tiger in the room,
you wouldn’t sit down and start doing breathwork.

You’d move somewhere safe first.

And that’s how the body works.

So when you come into my classes,
we build a nest. 🪺

Not just for comfort…
but as a signal to the body.

Soft.
Warm.
Supported.

Like you’re setting it up for someone you really love.

So when you lie down,
your body feels held…
and it can let go.

And from there,
everything else deepens naturally.

That’s when real rest happens.

✨ The bigger the nest, the deeper the rest. ✨

What if yoga didn’t feel like effort?

Did you try a yoga class once before and really dislike it?
Found the movement too fast, the shapes almost impossible and left more stressed and in more pain than when you walked in.?

There is more than one way to approach your yoga practice and this one is my favourite.

✨Restorative yoga is all about support.

Cushions, blankets, props…
holding your body so you don’t have to.

So your nervous system can shift out of doing
and into resting.

No performance.
No pressure.

Just space to soften 🤍

iIf this is something you would like to try, I would love to see you in my class ✨

Over the last few months I’ve noticed I’ve been craving more feminine connection.

The last few years of complete burnout left me unable to socialise much and now that I am starting to bloom again I’ve been searching for spaces to intentionally slow down, talk honestly, reflect a little, make some friends and just be around other women without the pressure or having everything figured out or the need to mask.

I kept seeing women’s circles pop up that looked beautiful and well thought out but they were always on days I couldn’t attend, or they didn’t quite match what I was looking for.

That little voice in the back of my head kept telling me 🧠🧚‍♀️If the space you’re craving doesn’t exist yet, you should create it.
I kept ignoring that voice 😂

Till about a month ago when I decided that I’m going to stop messing around and do the thing .

So this Sunday I’m hosting a small Women’s Circle at my home.

We’ll share some herbal tea, spend some time journaling and reflecting (I’ve created a bunch of worksheets for us including a wheel of life activity ) have a short meditation and some relaxing sound, and most importantly just connect as humans.

For me, the beginning of this year has been quite reflective and inward. Now I’m starting to feel ready to gently blossom, look ahead and set some intentions for the months to come in a way that feels nourishing rather than forceful.

If you’ve been feeling something similar, you’re very warmly invited.

I’m keeping it intentionally small and cosy. We will all be coming together in the most relaxed and chill way in the heart of my home 🌸
If this sounds like something you’d enjoy please feel free to reach out to me directly or if you prefer I’ll pop the link in my bio.
