Gold Coast Marathon 2004 - Zenigma provided 4 massage therapists & 4 treatment beds to athletes yes, 22yrs ago!

After running my own 10km PB 🥇 I ran a crew of busy therapists over a 2 day event but for many years down at the GC Marathon. I was a member of the Southport Runners Club and a community of enthusiastic runners who also travelled away to get their run on!

The therapists who were also athletes proudly wore the custom made Zenigma Sports Massage Uniform and we ran as a group…those were the days before the husband, 3 kids, a building company, uni degree at 36yo & all of life’s treasures…

There are many layers to who I am… and every one of them has led me here 🤍

I’m a principal therapist of over 22 years, working deeply within remedial massage, natural therapies, and holistic wellness. I’m also a midwife ~ I’ve witnessed life enter this world in its most raw, sacred, and powerful form.

But before all of that… I was a young girl navigating darkness.

Many moons ago, as a teenager, I found myself in a 12-month residential rehab on the Gold Coast, recovering from depression and an eating disorder that had quietly taken hold of my life. It was a time that broke me open… but also one that planted the very first seeds of awareness, compassion, and healing.

I am now a mother to three beautiful children ~ my greatest teachers, my grounding force, and my daily reminder of what truly matters.

Every chapter… the pain, the healing, the learning, the holding of others, the rebuilding of self ~ has shaped me into the woman I am today.

And it’s from this place that I now stand strong in purpose & intention…..

Not above you. Not ahead of you. But beside you.

As a guide. A mentor and a safe space.

For those walking through darkness, illness, or addiction ~ I see you. For those craving something more meaningful, more wholesome, more aligned ~ I feel you.

This work isn’t just what I do… it’s who I am.

Let’s talk SPIRITUAL HEALTH 🙏

As a holistic practitioner for 22yrs, and a 15yo who overcame a dark depression to become The Alchemist of my own life, I offer my advice.

You gotta believe in something greater than yourself. Our Creator, God, a Higher Power, Angels, a Guide or Guides.

You don’t have to have the answers. Just trust, have faith & believe in Powers greater than yourself. Positive Powers. Powerful Creator. Universal Energy. Connectedness. Sacred Soul Contracts. Meaningful Missions and Finding your purpose (which is always in serving others with light).

It’s ok if you don’t know or identify exactly who or what your God looks like or what your faith is. For many tribes I have stayed with in East Asia, God is The Elements, for others God is inside us or simply all around.

Being Spiritual may or may not be religious for some people, but it can also be the acceptance of ‘not knowing.’ Spirituality &/or religion is not meant to divide us..it is simply a code of ethics, morals & values to support your pathway to a better, more wholesome life.

We are souls having a human experience & our mission is to transcend the 3D mindset and evolve, grow & expand into infinite dimensions. Not to stagnate on a set of beliefs, judgements, opinions & daily grinds.

Spirituality and humanism is about celebrating our differences & take the challenge of seeing what our generation can do with our time here on Earth. Can we make it function better, can we improve some things, can we heal some things, can we change or advance some things, can we just leave some things be, can we work towards optimal health, find a higher level of happiness & peace?

I can’t imagine a ‘wholesome’ life without SPIRITUALITY and exploring the answers to all of lifes curiosities, mysteries & enigmas. Spirituality recharges, lifts & positively amplifies energy so that we can give back 2 fold and this energy gift then lifts us all…and just like wildfire…it spreads to RAISE THE VIBRATION of EVERY SOUL & the whole universe.

By design of our Creator, the SOUL will ALWAYS want FREEDOM & PEACE unless it is UNHEALED.
