Body Discipleship PURSUING GOOD AND PRACTICAL WELLBEING WITH A MULTI-THERAPY APPROACH, TAKING YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS FROM WHERE YOU ARE TO WHERE YOU WANT IT TO BE. Love Sim

Welcome to my platform focusing on all things to do with good sustainable health. Health is not just physical, but emotional, mental & spiritual. I’ve trained in many health modalities but I believe not enough focus & education is shared with people as to how their spiritual standing is affecting their health. A spiritual struggle needs a spiritual solution. I believe that Jesus Christ died, shed

His blood so that we can have the treasure of the Holy Spirit in us - leading us & guiding us closer to our Heavenly Father. A part of this leading is a life on earth that is not void of health issues or struggle, but a way of freely enjoying food, exercise and mental attitudes towards ourselves & others. My service to you is to offer tools educating you in the 3 areas of health (spiritual, mental, physical) so that you can experience a way of clear thinking towards your health goals. I’d be honoured to hear your story, share and pray with you.

You think it’s less calories. And on the label, it is. But everything is a measure in the body, and nothing you swallow is truly weightless.

The chemical calorie isn’t the kind you burn off on a walk - it’s the kind that sits, stagnates, and turns up years later as a health struggle you can’t quite trace back.

You can’t get rid of everything, but you can do what you can - and clearing what’s stacked up is where colon hydrotherapy comes in. This isn’t fear. It’s foundations.

The other day a lady who told me she’d read you cannot have a colonic if you have IBS. So I wanted to talk about that - because the name itself is describing what it is. There’s something irritating the bowel.

In the medical world, they’re now officially calling it a functional disorder - a gut-brain miscommunication. A disorder of the gut-brain interaction. So you’re getting the bloating, cramping, unpredictable toilet times and stomach discomfort.

You’ve done the tests. They’re clear. Nothing structurally wrong. But something is unsettling the gut - the nerves in there are a little over-sensitive, and the chatter between gut and brain is getting quite noisy. They can’t find the single cause, so they call it irritable bowel syndrome.

Here’s what I find interesting: if the medical world itself is calling it a gut-brain issue - the conversation between the gut and the nervous system gone a bit haywire - then to me, that’s even more reason to consider a colonic.

Because when the gut isn’t being irritated, it isn’t firing those distress signals up to the brain. The very thing medicine is naming as the problem is the very thing this technique is designed to soothe.

So it’s not about yes or no to a colonic. It’s about timing and technique. If you’re in a flare, we won’t do one - we want you to come in when the body is calmer. We work with your nervous system. When it’s settled and you’re feeling better, that’s the time.

The warm water hydrates and softens what’s sitting there, so a sluggish, backed-up colon can let go and move - easing the bloating and pressure. And because Rojas is slow and unhurried, the body shifts out of stress and into rest and digest - exactly what an over-sensitive, wound-up gut is crying out for.

We’re not forcing anything, and we’re not fixing IBS overnight. We’re creating the calm, hydrated space your body needs to settle and rebalance.

Health overwhelm is a condition now.

The fix isn’t another protocol. It’s stepping back from the keyhole, looking at the whole, and asking what your body is being signalled to do.

Health tip…don’t count calories

Imagine if this client had listened to the nay-sayers and not given Colonics a go.

Imagine if she’d given up when her first few sessions were non eventful.

Imagine if she’d not listened to the deep knowing that this was working and to keep going.

Imagine if she hadn’t been consistent.

Imagine all of this still sitting inside her if she hadn’t.

Imagine how she felt when all of this came out in our last session.

Imagine her sense of relief and the change in her body and her mind.

Imagine this client saying she feels safe.

Imagine how special it is to journey with this client. 66 years of a hard life, laid down session by session. And after so long feeling unwell, she’s finally feeling better in herself, looking ahead with excited hope and purpose.

Can you imagine this for yourself? It begins with a single try.

“I need to poo.”

• Ek moet kak (Afrikaans)
• Ngifuna ukukaka (isiZulu)
• Me tiko au (te reo Māori)
• Tengo que hacer c**a (Spanish)
• Je dois faire c**a (French)
• Ich muss ka**en (German)
• Devo fare la c***a (Italian)
• Preciso fazer cocô (Portuguese)
• Ik moet po**en (Dutch)
• Хочу покакать (Russian)
• うんちしたい (Japanese)
• 我要大便 (Mandarin)

It might be the most universal sentence on earth.

Every single person, in every single language, from every corner of the earth has said it.

Pooing is a basic human need - as necessary as taking your next breath. Yet the one thing our bodies must do every day became the one thing we’re not meant to mention. Somewhere along the way it turned rude, hush-hush, not to be discussed. So we whisper it, hold it in, laugh it off, and say nothing.

But when we can’t talk about it, we can’t take care of it. Bloating, sluggishness, days without a proper movement - so much of it gets suffered in silence because the topic feels off-limits. It shouldn’t be.

It’s time we stopped ignoring our gut and started listening to it.

Because it isn’t shameful. It’s design.

This is exactly what we do at Bottoms Up Colonics. Your gut speaks a universal language - the same one in every body, in every country - and we’re fluent in it. We talk about it, we understand it, and we support it, for your health’s sake. We’re not embarrassed. And if we were, we wouldn’t be doing it.

So say it plainly, in any language you like. Your gut is worth talking about. And if things aren’t moving the way they should, that’s a conversation worth having - openly, and without a shred of embarrassment.

Your medicine cabinet might be telling your bowel what to do.

This is not to say don’t take them. It’s about supporting the body underneath the load so it can find its rhythm again.

A few simple ways to help it along:

• Water with a pinch of minerals so it truly hydrates, warm rather than cold
• Humming or slow out-breaths before you eat, so the body drops into rest-and-digest
• A short walk after meals to wake the bowel up
• Real-food fibre, and leaving gaps between meals so the bowel can do its natural sweep

We’re not against the medicine. We’re just making sure the body isn’t left to cope on its own.

Your elimination pathways are your bowel, kidneys, skin, and breath, and health depends on all of them staying open.
