There are times when a celestial body seems to step forward from the vastness of the cosmos asking us to pay attention.

Sedna is one such presence.

Her elliptical journey around our Sun takes thousands of years and she is returning now, making her way towards her closest point. Dwarf planet Pluto’s orbit is approximately 248 years and was the longest in our Solar System until Sedna was discovered.

Consider for a moment what this means.
What might her return signify for humanity? How are her vibrations influencing our Solar System, planet and people?

Since Sedna’s discovery in 2003 Ashtara has been sharing her profound connections and the teachings given via her transmissions. When first revealing, Sedna showed herself as a mermaid sitting on a rock in an ocean, an image that has remained an important part of Ashtara’s connection with her.

Over years her teachings to Ashtara continued to unfold. Ashtara describes her and the group consciousness working with her, as cosmic midwives assisting humanity through the profound process of transformation and ascension taking place upon Earth.
Within these teachings is also a beautiful meeting of the feminine and masculine. Ashtara incorporates the teachings of Mary, a Magdalen, with those of Christ Consciousness, bringing together these complementary energies and offering a balanced feminine and masculine perspective for humanity’s evolving consciousness.

Sedna’s vibration can be powerful. As she moves closer to our Sun, her energy may stir what has long remained beneath the surface, individually and collectively. Yet within this stirring lies an opportunity: to become more conscious, discerning and more deeply anchored in Divine Love as we navigate changing energies upon Earth.

Throughout the eight weekly classes, Ashtara will draw upon the transmissions she has received from Sedna, sharing insights intended to expand awareness and offer guidance. Each class will include a meditation, allowing participants not simply to hear the teachings, but to enter a quieter space in which they may experience and integrate them for themselves.
This is an invitation for eager and open-minded seekers of Light who feel a resonance with Sedna, the stars and the unfolding relationship between humanity and Galactic Consciousness.

Perhaps Sedna’s return is not simply something to observe in the heavens. Perhaps, like the ancient image of the midwife, she comes to help us through a birth, supporting humanity as we release what we no longer need and awaken to a greater expression of who we are.

Uluru & Kata-Tjuta

After we were settled in our room, we realised how lucky we were, just outside our room, there was a short walk to a viewing platform, in a minute or two, we were there.

As the sun set on our first day we stood still, being in the moment in awe of the vastness and energy of the land around us.

We came back to the viewing platform once night was upon us, the stars were incredible and clear high above, like a blanket over us all.

No one was there, except us 3 women. We sat down, placing our hands on the earth, we opened our visit with a meditation. We acknowledged the Aṉangu, the Traditional Owners and custodians of Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa, and paid our respects to their continuing connection with this sacred Country.
Our intention was simple:
May we leave every place we touch energetically better than we found.

Our hearts open, we asked permission, in our own spiritual way, to be present upon the land and invited only those guides and loving energies who were there for our highest good to walk with us.

The next morning we woke early, eager to watch the sun rise. Wow, pictures, videos, words can not fully express the beauty of what we saw and felt.

Excited, we set off to pick up the hire car and start our walk around Kata-Tjuta

Come fly with me to see the incredible Uluru.

Last week I was incredibly blessed to go see Uluru, a dream destination of mine.

Out of the blue I received a message from a friend who had booked to go to Uluru for the eclipse and asked if I would like to join her another lady.
Straight away I said yes, then worked out the finances and details.
I have wanted to go to Uluru for many years but wanted it to be with the right people. Ones who understood the history and energy of this sacred area, also known as the Solar Plexus of our planet.

It is very hard to put into words how incredible this place is, but as I share my photos I will do my best.

We had incredible weather, the desert flowers in full bloom, clear nights to just sit and stare up at the stars.

I hope you enjoy my next couple of posts as I share some stories and photos of my time here.

Transmission from Agathena - A fire dragon

Greetings beloved ones,
It brings me joy to connect with you once again.
I come to you through the veil and you have many here who offer you guidance and love.

When you are connecting with other beings for guidance, discernment is needed as is setting the intention to connect with only those who are for your highest good.
Using the following words or similar ones from your heart, ask those who are here to help “I clear and protect my energy so only the loving energies, entities and beings can come through to me right now. Only those who are here for my highest good, I connect with from my heart to yours. Please communicate with me in a way I understand.”

By saying these words you give us permission to come to you, bringing through into your field only those who are here for your highest good.
Imagine yourself in a beautiful clear bubble. A bubble of love that shimmers with rose quartz energy. Protected. If there are any darker energies, they simply bounce off and don’t come anywhere near your energy field.

It does not take long. The more you practice, the easier it is. Knowing we are with you, ask for guidance and wisdom in a way which you understand.

If you feel inclined to do so, we would love to connect with you now. Take a few slow deep breaths, slowing down, bringing all you attention to your heart, feeling your breath flow in and out. As you breath out, exhale as long as you comfortably can, releasing any stagnant air from down deep.

Right now, only beings who truly love you and want to help you are with you, sitting in the bubble of love.
We are with you.

As you give us permission to connect with you, we are sharing our Higher Wisdom with you through your crown chakra. Feel the energy on your crown, allowing it to flow into your energy field.
Bring that Higher Wisdom down through your crown chakra and feel it flow into your third eye chakra, connecting it in with your intuition so you may understand this Higher Wisdom in a way that is right for you.
Now direct the flow of Higher Wisdom down into your throat chakra so that you communicate this Higher Wisdom, to yourself first and then to others if it is needed.
Allow it to flow and anchor this Higher Wisdom into your heart. Sit here for a moment and feel it filling in your heart. How does your heart feel as you allow this?
Bring this Higher Wisdom, this higher understanding down into your solar plexus chakra, igniting your purpose so that you may put your shoulders back and chest forward, moving forward with purpose of why you are here. Don't overthink it. You may not even understand it at this moment but feel in your heart that the Higher Wisdom is activating you.
Now direct this Higher Wisdom down into your sacral chakra, we'll bring it through the emotions, clearing away the energies that are not right for you right now, connecting in with the ‘gut feeling’ that you know what is and is not right for you.
Now we are anchoring into your base root chakra which is created from love, from Higher Wisdom, that inner knowing, so you may move forward in this life feeling connected to the Higher Wisdom throughout your whole being.

As a human race, you have been through much. It is time for you to remember who you are. It is time for you to understand the Great Divine beings that you were created to be.
Feeling love. Feeling gratitude. Feeling empowered with your inner knowing. These are energies which open the portals to remembrance.
It is our honour to walk besides you.
Please understand this, it is not our duty, we do this from pure love and respect.

You can be truly, truly, incredible beings if you allow yourselves to be. You live in a place of free will.

For things to first change, I must change.

This can be changing your actions, changing the way you think about situations, step back, look at it from a higher point of view.
Let go of what is not yours to deal with.
Do not hold back others from learning their lessons in life.
Just as we, with love, stand back and let you learn your lessons in life.
It may bring us heartache to see the pain you are in from choices that you have made, we walk beside you, offer support and love, but we do not interfere.
And this comes with greatest love and respect.
You must find your way. Individually, and as each of you, one by one, starts to connect with that inner knowing that Higher Wisdom that you have called for, you start to shine brighter and lighter.
And you then become a beacon for others to learn from by your actions.
Be the change you wish to see.
We love you more than you could possibly understand right now, as you tune in, you are starting to get glimpses of the energy, this beautiful love that we have for you.

A Message from Agathena – a Fire Dragon

It is a beautiful winter morning here on the mountain and I am sitting outside on the lawn with the clear blue sky above me and a gentle breeze flowing through every now and then. The warmth of the sun is soaking into my body like warm honey.

Slowing down my breath, I intentionally connect with Agathena as I feel she is wanting to connect and share her love with you all.

In my meditation I take my journey through the entrance that is in a beautiful and wise old tree, the keeper of my sacred space. I walk down the spiral staircase feeling excited to go down these stairs for I know Agathena is waiting for me.
As I enter my sacred space, I feel the breeze cool my skin. Refreshing, I can feel her energy in that breeze.

It is filled with love. Comfort. Surrounding me in love.
I am on a personal journey of wanting to understand more about who we truly are, to remember. It is time for us to wake up and remember our sovereignty.
I call to Agathena to speak through me to you all.

“Thank you, dear Jennifer, for connecting with me once again. I have a message for you all. I love to communicate with you so that I may share my love and guidance with those who happen to read my words.

Knowing that these words are infused with so much love from the other side.

Please feel our love for you. Opening your heart, giving us permission to share our love with you. Taking this moment for yourself.

There is so much happening around you to keep you busy, to keep your minds away from the purpose of you being here. Keeping you locked into the drama, the gossip, the mindless entertainment on your devices, the despondency of what is around you. They are all mere distractions.
When you are distracted, you are not connecting into the Divine Being that you are. As Ashtara has written – it is time to connect to your inner child, have fun and play, awaken your creativity, bring to life the unique aspect within you that is yours alone. We have much joy when we see you creating those moments of joy in your life. We dance with you when you dance. We laugh when you laugh. These lighter energies help you be lighter as a soul walking the life you are creating.
Please know we walk alongside of you and are here to help you. All you need to do is take moments in your day. To stop. Let go of those busy minds and just feel into your heart. We are here to help you. Call upon us. Let’s play together.

I love getting home from work, making a nice warm cup of tea and walking in the garden with the animals.
Especially after rain, all the droplets of water on the flowers, sparkling like jewels in the sun.
As you can see, Trixie had a great time running off and playing in the mud.
She wasn't impressed with the bath after.
