If you are new to triathlon and would like to give it a TRI 😁 please get in touch...so many great events on offer over the next 4 months and the perfect opportunity to look and feel fantastic coming into Christmas.

Best of muddy running to this young fella Alexander taking on the Australian Athletic Cross Country Championship today in Ballarat 🥶🏃

Looks like slushy, cold and challenging conditions down there for the young Queenslander 😜🌞 but one thing I do know about Alexander is....he never gives up and he always gives 100% effort ✅🫶

Enjoy the experience, relish in the opportunity and stand proud....whatever the outcome Alexander, you have raced amazing all season to earn this spot, so most of all go out and ENJOY 🙌

Loose Goose Relay Run in celebration of today's release of the LOOSE GOOSE album "Going Nowhere Fast" 😁🪿🪿🪿🪿

Winners 🏆 for the day were the boys from A BODY 2 FIT commonly known as the "John Porkers", Peter, Kurtis and Zach, making a very late charge to round up three other teams in the last round and just holding off the lead singer of Loose Goose, Ryan who was clearly devastated to not take home his own "Great Goose Goblet of Glory" 🤣

Best Dressed went to the amazing " Gooseketeers" of Simone, Karly and Mycara who showed great speed losing most of their feathers out on course 🪿🪿🪿😵‍💫 They earned themselves a special trophy made by coach Jen on a can of Tuna 🤣🏆

Thank you to our following 6 teams who dragged themselves out of bed on a Friday morning....what a fun and exciting way to end a working week and to start an amazing day! 😂🏃🏃🏃🏃

Triathlon season incoming! 🔥🏊🚴🏃

2026/27 Triathlon season is set to be an absolute cracker with so many events on offer.

We are now half way through Term 3 and planning for Term 4 is now open for booking with sessions being held on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Junior/Adult training commences Monday 5th October.

Loads of exciting events are also on offer with entry fee discounts available when you participate as part of A BODY 2 FIT Triathlon Squad.

Great session back at our old haunt of Central Park, Varsity Lakes today.

Lots going down on the GC at the moment with many off representing at National AFL, some winding up for District Athletics and Ryan preparing for the Goose 🪿Relay Run which will be the big launch for the Loose Goose "Goosemania" show at Miami Marketta on 5th September.

All in all, a fab session from everyone, lots of high energy fun and the classic A BODY 2 FIT relay to top it off! 👏🏃🏃🏃🏃

Awesome recovery session with this legend, Mycara after her amazing effort at the Border Bolt Running Festival yesterday 😁

This morning took us for a spin to soak up a beautiful Miami Beach sunrise, a cruise around the lake, lots of laughter 🤣🤣 and a rewarding coffee to finish.

A special mention and congrats to Mycara on her dedication, tenacity and courage to take up the challenge of a complete lifestyle change. After 13 weeks Mycara has dropped a seriously large amount of weight, has completed a 50km Fun Adventure Ride, a 4km muddy trail running event and yesterday smashed out almost 7km at the Border Bolt Fun Run. Now a regular to be seen every Saturday at Varsity Lakes parkrun ....I'm so super proud of her achievements thus far ⭐

Watch this space as Mycara takes on her next trail running event on 30th August and then works towards her very first triathlon in November ✅💪😁
