We’re excited to introduce two of the amazing faces behind our management team at OTRC! 💙 Get to know Teneale and Janie, the ladies helping keep things running smoothly while making sure our clients and support workers feel supported, valued and cared for. 🫶

🌟 Meet Teneale – Our Team Manager!

With a wealth of experience in the support sector, Teneale brings a whole lot of knowledge, compassion and understanding to the team. She has a real passion for supporting people with complex psychosocial needs and making sure everyone receives the individualised support they deserve. 💙

📋 Meet Janie – Our Administration Manager!

Janie has been part of the OTRC family for 2 years and brings over 5 years of experience in the disability support sector! From supporting the team behind the scenes to building amazing connections with the people she meets, Janie is always ready to help, problem-solve and keep things ticking along!💙

Together, these two bring experience, heart and plenty of dedication to what we do best, supporting people to live life their way!!💙

Sometimes, the biggest moments aren't about doing something extraordinary. They're about having the confidence to give something a go, discovering a new passion or simply enjoying the moment.
