We didn’t just choose any compression boots.

After a lot of research, we decided to bring in Hyperice Normatec, considered by many the gold standard in dynamic air compression technology and one of the most recognised systems used by professional athletes, recovery clinics and high-performance facilities worldwide.

What makes them different is the technology behind the pressure.

Unlike basic compression systems that simply squeeze the legs evenly, Normatec uses patented pulsing and sequential compression patterns designed to mimic the body’s natural muscle pumps and lymphatic flow.

The boots work in zones and waves:
• holding pressure in some areas
• releasing in others
• moving fluid upwards progressively instead of trapping it

This matters because pressure is everything when it comes to recovery, circulation and fluid movement.

Too little pressure → minimal effect
Too much or poorly distributed pressure → uncomfortable and less effective

The Hyperice Normatec system allows multiple levels of adjustable compression and targeted zone technology, creating a much more precise and controlled treatment.

Some of the main benefits associated with dynamic air compression:
• supports circulation
• helps move stagnant fluid
• assists lymphatic flow
• reduces feelings of heaviness and swelling
• helps tired and overworked legs
• may help reduce post-exercise soreness and fatigue
• supports recovery after long periods sitting, standing or travelling

One thing we personally loved about Normatec is that it was originally developed with medical influence and later became widely adopted in elite sports recovery.

It’s not just a “massage boot”.
It’s a very intelligent pressure system designed around how the body actually moves fluid.

And it will now be available as an add-on option for selected treatments during the booking process. Especially for sessions where we are manually focusing on areas like the face or abdomen, while the boots simultaneously work on the legs so your body can receive multiple benefits at the same time!

Compression boots have become extremely popular lately; but the technology behind them is actually based on something much bigger than “recovery trends”.

They use a method called intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC), which has been used for years in medical, vascular and lymphatic settings to support circulation, reduce swelling and assist fluid movement through the body.

The concept is simple:
the boots inflate and deflate in sequences, creating controlled pressure waves through the legs.

This helps:
• support venous return
• stimulate circulation
• assist lymphatic movement
• reduce fluid stagnation
• decrease feelings of heaviness and swelling
• support recovery after long periods sitting, standing, travelling or exercising

One of the reasons compression therapy became so widely studied is because movement matters enormously for circulation and lymphatic flow.

Our calf muscles are often called a “second pump” for the body because they help push blood and fluid back upwards against gravity. Compression boots help mimic part of this pumping mechanism through rhythmic pressure patterns.

There is also growing research around intermittent pneumatic compression and:
• exercise recovery
• muscle soreness
• post-exercise fatigue
• oedema/fluid retention
• lymphatic support
• circulation improvements

And something important:
good compression is NOT just “tight pressure”.

The sequence, pressure distribution and release phases matter a lot.

That’s why higher-end systems became so respected in sports recovery and medical settings, because they create progressive, controlled movement of fluid instead of simply squeezing the legs randomly.

This is also why compression boots became so popular among athletes, clinics and recovery spaces worldwide:
they combine technology, circulation science and recovery support in a very non-invasive way.

Definitely not just another wellness trend anymore
Have you ever tried compression boots before?

A major change has just happened in women’s health and honestly, it matters.

Polycystic O***y Syndrome is officially being renamed to PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) after an international consensus process published in The Lancet, one of the most respected and influential medical journals in the world.

Original publication:
The Lancet consensus paper (https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736%2826%2900717-8/fulltext?utm_source=chatgpt.com)

This is important because the term “polycystic o***y syndrome” has been criticised for years for being inaccurate and minimising the complexity of the condition.

Many women with PCOS don’t even have ovarian cysts, while at the same time dealing with insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, fertility struggles, weight changes, cardiovascular risks, severe symptoms and much more.

The new name reflects something much bigger: that this is not “just an o***y issue”, it’s a complex endocrine and metabolic condition affecting the whole body.

And the fact this was published in The Lancet matters too. This isn’t a random article online or a trend on social media. The Lancet is considered one of the highest-level medical journals globally and helps shape international medical guidelines, education and healthcare practices.

Hopefully this means:
• more awareness
• earlier diagnosis
• better follow-up
• more routine testing
• more research
• better treatment pathways
• and women finally being taken more seriously when they say something is wrong.

We see so many clients dealing with conditions like PCOS, Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, so we thought this was important to share in case you hadn’t seen the news yet 🤍

For so long, many women have been told their pain is “normal”, that they’re “overreacting”, or that they “just need to lose weight”, while still expected to keep functioning, working, showing up and pushing through.

Hopefully this is another step toward changing that. 🤍

Something new is coming to Lymph4You.

Introducing our newest treatment: Brazilian Sculpt Method 🔥

A results-driven body sculpting technique designed to refine shape, enhance natural definition, and create a smoother, more sculpted silhouette.
Using firm, precise movements applied at a deeper level, this treatment targets areas where the body holds volume, helping to reshape and contour with visible results. Every movement is intentional, focused on how the tissue responds, how fluid moves, and how the body can be guided into a more defined shape.

What makes this treatment even more special is the professional Brazilian sculpting cream we use throughout the session.
Imported from Brazil and formulated with advanced, multi-layered actives, it features encapsulated and nano caffeine, along with Provslim™ — a specialised complex developed for body contouring.
This combination works to support lipolysis (fat breakdown), help reduce the formation of new fat, and amplify the sculpting effect of the technique.

While lymphatic drainage focuses on health, helping with inflammation, fluid movement, digestion, recovery, hormones, post-op care, pregnancy, lipoedema, and overall body function our new treatment Brazilian Sculpt Method is a more aesthetic treatment designed for contour, definition, and visible body shaping.

Different purpose. Different technique. Different result.
Both have their place, it simply depends on your goals.

This is the kind of body sculpting approach Brazil is known for: precise, intentional, and focused on visible results.

And now, it’s here at Lymph4You.
Launching soon.

This has been a long time coming.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been testing, refining and reworking every detail of this new treatment as a team. Combining different techniques, pressure, and sequences that actually make sense based on anatomy and fluid movement.

Nothing we do is random. Every movement has a purpose.

Many of you have been asking for something more focused on the aesthetic side and we wanted to make sure that when we introduced it, it was done properly.

A little behind the scenes of what that process looked like.

This is where it all started. Stay tuned 👀

You step into the sauna thinking it’s just heat… but this is where your body actually starts working.

As your temperature rises, circulation increases, your body begins releasing excess fluid, and everything starts moving, which is exactly what we want before your massage.

It helps reduce that heavy, bloated feeling, supports your body’s natural detox pathways, and prepares you so you get even better results from your lymphatic drainage session.

Most clients come out already feeling lighter…
and we haven’t even started the massage yet.

If you’ve been feeling puffy, tired, or holding onto fluid, this is your sign.

March is Endometriosis Awareness Month.
Over the years, we’ve had many women come through our doors quietly dealing with endometriosis. For some, it’s the bloating that comes out of nowhere. For others, the pelvic heaviness, the inflammation, or the days when their body simply doesn’t feel comfortable.

Endometriosis can be incredibly frustrating to live with, especially when the symptoms affect everyday things: how your clothes fit, how your stomach feels after eating, or how your body responds around your cycle.

For many of our clients, lymphatic drainage has become part of how they support their body during those times, helping ease bloating, fluid retention and abdominal pressure.

This month is simply a reminder that if you’re navigating endometriosis, you’re not alone, and there are ways to support your body along the way.

If this sounds like something your body could benefit from, you can book your session online or send us a DM
