Healing doesn’t have to be done in a 1:1 program or cost thousands of $$. Healing should be done at your own pace with what feels right to YOU.

Listening to what you need in that now space not forcing yourself to attend groups or 1:1 sessions. This can feel very overwhelming for some people especially when your nervous system is still trying to regulate and you are finding your way.

What if you could heal at your own pace? A journey that shows you simple steps of forgiveness for yourself and others, practice self love and write your story to remember and let go of what you may be holding onto. Along with some self care tips and ideas.

Are you living life for YOU or are you doing everything that makes everyone else happy just so you don’t feel like you are letting others down?

If you continue saying yes yes yes to others when you actually want to say no you will exhaust yourself eventually, build resentment and feel frustrated.

Honouring your needs and what you want isn’t selfish it’s necessary. Your people will always understand this and never make you feel guilty for putting YOU first.

Make yourself a priority and if you want to say no to someone for something, DO IT without feeling guilty.

Invest your energy, time and money into YOU. Choosing yourself each and every time. Making yourself a priority and giving yourself all of the nurturing self love and care that you need will allow you to not only show up for yourself, it will allow you to hold a gentle safe space for others to.
