I can’t wait to see you on the mat 🧘‍♀️📿

I like to bring something different to each class, giving my students the opportunity to try something new, practice things they already know & take away the predicting of what is coming next. ☯️

I hope this gives my students the opportunity to quiet the mind, focus on the breath and be in the poses and moment 💗
