2026 started strong 💪 & smooth!
An unexpected storm ⛈️ hit personally however I’m pleased with how I navigate change & have pivoted with an open mind to what may be. 🌅🕶️

My body and mind are ready to reset & recharge ☯️

Perfect 👌 afternoon by the water to enjoy a Yoga flow as the sun was setting & our best friend were close to cuddle 🤗 🐶

Paws 🐾 & poses 2nd FREE pop up event was truly so magical, the Gold Coast weather was perfect 🌅

The dogs were adorable & all had a zen time 🐩🐕
