We are currently recruiting for a support role assisting a young Aboriginal adult participant, and are specifically seeking a female Australian or Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander support worker to meet cultural and participant compatibility requirements.

💙 About the Disability Support Worker Role-
As an NDIS support worker, you will assist participants with daily living, community access, independence building, and emotional wellbeing support.

• Personal care and daily living assistance
• Community access and social support
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Meal preparation and household assistance
• Emotional support and companionship
• Supporting participant independence and wellbeing

✔ Compassionate and patient
✔ Reliable and professional
✔ Experienced in disability support, mental health, community services, aged care, youth work, or support work
✔ Strong communicators with a positive attitude
