After almost two years of writing, doubting, editing, and rewriting, I am so happy to finally share that my book Eat Like You Matter is here. This book reflects the heart of what Ido at JK Wellness and Nutrition. Eat Like You Matter is not another diet book. It is a compassionate, approach to rebuilding trust with your body, stepping away from food guilt, and moving beyond the cycle of restriction and yo yo dieting. It brings together practical nutrition education with mindset work to support long term health, balance, and peace with food. The approach is plant based, but it is inclusive. You do not need to be plant based to benefit. The focus is on nourishment, awareness, and sustainable habits that respect your body and your life. I chose to self publish. Each copy is printed on demand and can be ordered from almost anywhere in the world. Twenty per cent of my royalties from every copy sold are donated to a Serbian orphanage that is very close to my heart, so this project also supports children in need.
