Today I turn 50, and more than anything, I feel grateful. What a privilege it is to grow older.

As I leave my 40s behind, I reflect on a decade that held some of my greatest challenges. My own health journey, my sister’s struggles, and losing my dear Dad. But goodness, there was so much beauty woven through it too.

I watched my boys grow into kind, thoughtful young men, with my beautiful husband beside me. We moved from Melbourne to the sunny Gold Coast during Covid in 2020, bought our first home, and somewhere along the way, I found more of me.

I published my book Dabble in the Divine, began co-facilitating a monthly women’s circle, and created online meditations for women moving through cancer. Some of my hardest experiences somehow led me closer to purpose.

And now, as I enter my Chiron return, I feel I’m standing at the beginning of another beautiful chapter.

I have dream seeds already planted. Dreams I’ll quietly water, love and protect over the coming months and years. I’m so excited to see what this next decade brings.

And how perfect that today’s Louise Hay affirmation was:

“I am a shining light. It is great to be alive!”

It really is.

Growing older is a privilege many don’t receive. Every day we are given is a blessing.

🌕 FULL MOON IN PISCES 🌕

Tonight’s Full Moon carries with it the energy of surrender, reflection and release.

Pisces invites us out of the mind and gently back into our intuition. To soften our grip on the things we’ve been trying to control, understand or carry, and simply ask ourselves…

What am I ready to stop carrying?
What can I surrender rather than solve?
What am I ready to make space for?

You don’t need to have all the answers tonight.

Perhaps simply sit beneath the Moon, take a few slow breaths, place your hand over your heart and acknowledge what has been.

The lessons. The endings. The becoming. The versions of you that brought you here.

And when you’re ready, quietly say:

Thank you for what you came to teach me.
I release what has completed its journey with me.
I trust what is leaving.
I welcome what is arriving.
I am open to receive.

Sometimes release doesn’t need to be dramatic.

Sometimes it is simply the moment we decide we no longer need to carry something into the next chapter. 🌕✨

✨ Soulful Shares ✨

Every now and then I feel called to share a podcast, conversation, book or teaching that has touched my heart, opened my mind, or offered a different way of seeing the world.

Not because it holds all the answers, but because sometimes the right words find us at exactly the right moment.

This month I wanted to share Monthly Energy Update.

I’ve followed Lee’s work for a while and always appreciate the way he speaks about energy, consciousness, personal growth and navigating these changing times with more awareness, compassion and connection.

Many of us are feeling shifts within ourselves and within the world around us. Old ways of being are changing, and more people are feeling the pull to slow down, question, reconnect with nature, trust their intuition and remember the wisdom they already carry within.

For those who have been walking this path for some time, perhaps part of our role is simply to hold a little more light… to stay grounded, open-hearted and supportive as others begin their own journey of awakening.

Last night’s circle was something truly special.

We gathered in a beautiful space of openness and trust gently exploring this month’s theme: Feeling Worthy, Setting Boundaries & Living Authentically.

Each woman brought her own stories… and as they were shared, something softened in the room.

Walls came down. Hearts opened. And the quiet remembering began; that we are allowed to take up space, to honour our needs, and to live in a way that feels true to us.

There is something deeply healing about being witnessed without judgment… and about listening, not to fix, but to truly feel one another.
