Nurturing mind, body, and overall wellbeing. Fleur Wagner – Founder, Gold Coast Yoga & Wellness Mother, nature lover, and wellness guide, Fleur brings over 16 years of personal yoga practice and 10+ years of teaching experience to her work. Her approach is grounded in lived ex
perience: navigating early childhood challenges, three near-death experiences, grief, major life transitions, and the complexities of single motherhood. Fleur has trained extensively across multiple modalities, including over 1000hrs in Yoga training - Vinyasa- Hatha, Hot Yoga, Emotion Yoga & Yin, trained in Yoga Therapy, Somatic Movement, Trauma Release Exercises, 3 levels of Kids Yoga, Hawaiian Bodyworker (Lomi Lomi), Qi Gong, and Women’s Red Tent Facilitation. She is a Blue Card holder, First aide , and NDIS-aware, ensuring safe, all rounded offerings. Her philosophy is simple yet transformative:
wellness is not about escaping life — it is about finding peace within the chaos. Drawing on her Aquarian nature, lunar cycles, and feminine ancestral practices, Fleur integrates timing, rhythm, and presence into every session, guiding participants to connect deeply with themselves, the community, and the natural world. Gold Coast Yoga & Wellness is Fleur’s reinvention of her earlier studio and community offerings. Moving beyond walls, her work focuses on nature-prescribed practices: sunrise beach yoga, meditation in parks, mindful walks, and ocean immersion. With a focus on accessibility, integrity, and intentionality, Fleur’s offerings support the collective wellness of the Gold Coast community, creating a space where everyone can find balance, clarity, and connection
