Most period tracking apps are designed to tell you WHEN your period is coming. But if you're living with endometriosis, that's only a small part of the picture.

Endometriosis can affect so much more than your menstrual cycle. Pain, digestion, energy, sleep, mood and inflammation can all fluctuate in ways that aren't always tied to your period.

That's why I created the Her Herbs Endometriosis Companion App.

Designed specifically for people living with endometriosis, it helps you:
✔️ Track symptoms beyond your cycle
✔️ Recognise patterns and identify potential triggers
✔️ Monitor flares over time
✔️ Access evidence-informed education and anti-inflammatory recipes
✔️ Export your symptom data to share with your healthcare practitioner
✔️ Better understand what your body is telling you

Because the more you understand your symptoms, the better equipped you are to advocate for your health and make informed decisions about your care.

If you can believe it, we are halfway through the year and this is the PERFECT time to pause and check in with yourself.

Often we're so focused on what's next that we forget to ask ourselves, 'how am I ACTUALLY feeling?'

Have the habits, people and routines around you been supporting your wellbeing?

This is your reminder that it's never too late to make changes that put your health first. Small, consistent shifts can have a powerful impact over time and your future self will thank you for starting today.

Here's to a healthier, happier second half of the year.

Hormone health isn't built through perfection, it's supported by the small choices you make every day.

Prioritising protein, getting morning sunlight, moving your body with strength training, eating enough to fuel your needs, managing stress and protecting your sleep can all help create a foundation for better hormonal balance.

Consistency matters more than doing everything perfectly. Start where you are and build from there.

Supporting your health doesn't have to be overwhelming. Sometimes the biggest changes come from the smallest daily habits. If you're looking for simple ways to support your nervous system, energy levels and overall wellbeing, start here.

1. Write down 5 things that help you feel calm and grounded. Think walking, stretching, breath work, listening to music or enjoying a cup of tea. Keep the list somewhere visible so it's easy to turn to when life feels overwhelming.

2. Build a balanced breakfast. Aim for protein, healthy fats and fibre to help support steady energy, balanced blood sugar and fewer afternoon crashes.

3. Notice your stress signals. Fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep and anxiety are all common ways your body communicates that it may need more support. The earlier you recognise these signs, the sooner you can respond with care.

Your body is always communicating with you.

The more you learn to listen, the easier it becomes to support your health before you reach burnout.

It’s not too good to be true, you can absolutely feel like this.

Healthy hormones aren’t about perfection, they’re about consistency in how your body functions day to day. When your hormones are supported, energy feels steadier, cycles become more predictable, PMS is less disruptive, sleep improves and your mood and focus feel more stable.

If this doesn’t feel like your reality right now, it doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you, it just means your body may need more support, not more pushing.

Small, sustainable changes can make a real difference over time.

For the 1 in 10 women living with Endo, this pain isn't a one-time event. It's something many push through every single day while going to work, caring for their families, studying, exercising and simply trying to live their lives.

For too long, women's pain has been normalised, dismissed or misunderstood.

Endo is more than "just a bad period." It's a chronic condition that can impact every aspect of a woman's life.

To every woman navigating Endo: I see you, I believe you and you deserve support.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by your symptoms or unsure where to start, you don't have to navigate it alone. A Naturopathic Support Discovery Call with me is an opportunity to explore your symptoms, understand what support may be available to you and discuss the next steps for your unique situation.

The Her Herbs Endometriosis Companion App was designed to go beyond basic symptom tracking, offering personalised tools and insights tailored specifically to life with endometriosis.

Living with endo often means trying to piece symptoms together without the full picture. Pain, bloating, fatigue, sleep changes, mood shifts, flare ups and cycle irregularities rarely happen in isolation.

This app was created to help you start connecting those patterns over time, so your symptoms feel less confusing and your body feels easier to understand.

Inside the app, you can track:
✔️ Pain
✔️ Bleeding
✔️ Bloating
✔️ Digestion
✔️ Sleep
✔️ Mood
✔️ Energy
✔️ Flare ups
…and more, while uncovering trends and identifying potential triggers across your cycle and lifestyle.

You’ll also have access to flare mode support, personalised insights, educational tools, plus recipes and nutrition guidance designed to help support inflammation, energy, hormone health and overall wellbeing alongside your symptoms.

Because understanding your body more deeply can change the way you support it.

Most women with hormonal symptoms have been told their results are “normal” - but they still don’t feel well.

If you’re dealing with fatigue, irregular cycles, painful periods, breakouts, or weight that won’t shift, your body is telling you something.

The Her Health Holistic Health Questionnaire was created by me, Katie, a Naturopath and Nutritionist, to pinpoint exactly where your hormonal health needs the most support.

In just a few minutes you’ll receive a personalised health score and a beautiful PDF report - specific to you, not generic advice.

It’s completely free. Click the link in bio to take yours today. 🤍

Movement doesn’t have to mean pain, even with Endometriosis. 🩷

When living with Endo, the idea of exercise can feel daunting, or even impossible during flare-ups. But gentle, intentional movement can be a powerful ally in managing symptoms and nurturing your body.

It’s not about pushing limits, but about finding ways to support your body’s natural rhythms, reduce inflammation, and calming your nervous system.

Whether it’s a slow walk, a restorative stretch, or simply taking a moment to breathe and hydrate, every small act of care matters.

Endometriosis is a whole-body experience.

When we live with chronic pain, our nervous system can become stuck in a high-alert state. This “wind-up” effect can make symptoms feel more intense and recovery feel further away.

Understanding this connection is a game-changer. It’s about more than just managing pain; it’s about creating a sense of internal safety so your body can truly begin to heal.

Swipe to learn why your nervous system matters and how to start calming the “wind-up.”

Have you noticed how your stress levels impact your Endo symptoms? Let’s talk about it below. 👇
