Something I keep seeing in client sessions lately..
Underneath all the different reasons people come to me - the symptoms, the patterns, the searching - there is always a root. An initial impact point. And it’s always in childhood.
As a little child in a new world, our bodies adapt. It’s hardwired survival - an infant depends on being kept safe, on not being abandoned. So when we hit these impact points - they land as truth. There’s no filter yet. No way to question it. It just becomes fact.
We may not even consciously remember it. But our bodies do. Our subconscious does.
We start to think it’s just who we are. How our life is supposed to be.
But it’s not the truth of who you are. It never was.
We hold onto these reference points as truth - and so we keep recreating situations that carry the same feeling. The same frequency. What if that’s actually your body’s innate wisdom? Giving you opportunities to come back to that moment. To transcend it. To release it. To transform it into something greater.
But when we hold onto these reference points as the truth of who we are - our whole life gets created around them.
Find the reference point. Release it. Create a new reality.
