Cute? Yes.But she also represents every flare, specialist appointment, surgery, cancelled plan… and every time you kept going when your body wanted you to stop.

Created to bring a little joy, strength and solidarity to those living with endometriosis, adenomyosis and chronic pain — because feeling seen matters. 💗

We know these diseases are now recognised as impacting far beyond the pelvis and can affect the whole body. For many, the uterus also symbolises womanhood, strength, fertility, loss, resilience, pain, healing and deeply personal journeys — which is why imagery like this can carry meaning for some in our community.

There’s something about putting on Sleep Balm before bed that tells my brain… okay, we’re safe to slow down now. 🌙
Not a miracle.
Not a perfect night’s sleep.
Just a small calming ritual on the hard days.

When you live with endometriosis, adenomyosis or PMOS, quality sleep can feel impossible some nights… but rest matters. Sleep is such an important part of recovery, hormone health, managing stress and simply getting through the next day.

We’ll be taking a short break from Saturday 23rd–Sunday 31st May to rest and reset. Our shop will remain open, however any orders placed during this period will be shipped from Monday 1st June.

If you’re needing support products, comfort items, or have surgery/recovery coming up soon, we kindly recommend placing your order by this Friday 22nd May so it reaches you in time.

Medical gaslighting is something far too many in the Endometriosis & Adenomyosis community know all too well.

For so many living with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis or chronic illness, the hardest part wasn’t always the pain… it was fighting to be believed and years of being dismissed, doubted or made to question what they knew was happening in their own body.
