♾️ DISCERNMENT ♾️
There comes a point where returning to yourself asks you to become deeply honest.
Not everything you feel is yours.
Not everything you’ve carried belongs to you.
Not every voice you’ve listened to is your truth.
Discernment is learning to pause long enough to ask yourself one of the most important questions we as humans can ask…..
Is this mine?
Is this true for me?
Does this still belong in my life?
It isn’t about judging what was, It’s about becoming clear enough to choose what is true now and true for you and no one else non negotiable!
Because when you stop carrying what was never yours, you create space for what actually is 💓
💚 Your knowing
💜 Your voice
🖤 Your boundaries
🤍 Your truth
Discernment is not disconnection or separation, It is coming into deeper connection with yourself asking questions to strengthen the most connection you have between your human being and higher self.
And sometimes the most sovereign thing you can do is simply say to begin is….
This is mine ✔️
This is not 🙅🏼♀️
What is truth…..?
What do I know within myself, beneath the noise, expectations and stories?
What is fear…..?
What is coming from protection, conditioning or an old survival response — rather than what is actually happening now?
What is aligned….?
What feels honest, grounded and congruent with who I am today?
What belongs to an old version of me….?
What beliefs, roles, patterns or identities once helped me survive, but no longer need to define how I live?
And then the beautiful frequency that comes from understanding then embodying this sovereign word, “Discernment” is learning to know the difference.
Not from fear.
Not from someone else’s truth.
But from within.
And as that discernment deepens, something begins to change.
Your mind, body and soul no longer feel like they are separate parts of you pulling you in all different directions and instead they are choosing to move together.
In harmony 🩷
In communication 💙
In alignment with one another 💗 rather than against one another
And when that happens you no longer have to fight yourself to know yourself 🙌
You can listen.
You can feel.
You can choose.
So I will leave you with this…..
Discernment is learning to know the difference.
Not from fear.
Not from someone else’s truth.
But from within 🫶🏼
And when you know the difference, you become free to choose again. 🤍
