Do you practice manifesting abundance?
Do you practice manifesting peace?

Because I used to too.
Vision boards. Journaling. Gratitude lists.
And then I’d walk back into my life and wonder why nothing felt different.

Turns out I was trying to manifest my way out of a nervous system that was stuck in survival mode.

Your body can’t receive abundance when it’s braced for the next thing.
It can’t settle into peace when it hasn’t had permission to stop.

That’s not a mindset problem.
That’s a biology problem.

Always remember that we can eat the best food in the world, we can move our bodies the right way, we can be toxin free as best as possible… but we are biological humans with complex and both radiating and frustrating pathways and processes.

You have to study and test and check and support it. The best way is through pathology, having and expert in how your body works AND documentation.

Every single client of mine in coaching knows I am a serious scientific nut job. I know your pathways and optional zones more than anyone else would care to know. I pick up things not even your fav GP even thinks about.

My job as a coach is find anything that’s not optional and we support it through nutrition, movement, maybe herbs and maybe some nutrients.

I don’t start with symptoms and pathology. That’s where we go once I know how just food and exercise and sleep and rest take you - we focus on the basics first and see how you respond every day. THEN we can run tests and see what else is showing up

I test every year and compare. Sometimes more depending on if I’m working on something and need to then change my protocols - but the key thing is getting the right tests and looking at the right reference ranges - do not be fooled by “everything looks fine”.

If you’re not looking at optimal range and only the ranges the labs provide you’re missing key trends and functional warning signs that could have been prevented.

I get asked all the time — "Is this for me?"

Here's how I answer: if reading this made something pull at you, if your body tensed a little bit with longing when you imagined a week where nobody needed anything from you — then yes. It's for you.

You don't need to earn it. You don't need to be at a certain fitness level.

You just need to decide you're worth a week of your own attention.

Don’t stop till you get enough food in my meal plans
It’s cold, so we’re warming up with lots of bone broth bases, balanced protein through day, anti inflammatory focused and more importantly Goldilocks targets.

One thing I learnt fast with weight loss was eating more works only if you’re eating the right macros for our age and importantly not eating anything inflammatory

Often I see women just guessing. Don’t guess it does not work. The key is know exactly the rules first then it becomes second nature

I teach you in my programs so you get this right and commit it to memory. Then I keep feeding you meal plans so you don’t get bored.

Perched above an ocean that stretches as far as the eye can see.

Nothing on the horizon. Just the sun rising slowly each morning, and slipping away just as quietly each evening.

The small things. Organic food made with love. Movement that actually fills your soul. Moments in nature that bring you back to yourself.

And zero kids. 😂
