I wouldn't even try to re-write it as it's just so good.. and if you're up on the Sunny Coast head to Sunshine Colonics, they have the same machines as we do and they are just so lovely..

You may have heard the term ‘Open System’ or ‘Closed System’ colonics when searching Google or Instagram. If you don’t know the difference between the two types, it’s important to ask the question before you book – otherwise you might end up getting a treatment you don’t want!

So my New Years resolution is to try and reach more people who need our help.
