we are about to turn the perfumery from by appointment to shop hours- we are busy restocking and making it pretty. The true pleasure is revisiting the perfumes that we began with nearly 2o years ago- the botanicals are so rich and beautiful and of another time its been transporting (Damascena is just one of many)

back to transforming the studio space to a retail space this week- lots of moving furniture and making things pretty and putting things away for another time.

Fleurage PSA- we have discontinued the group perfume making sessions😱😢 It was a difficult decision based on a lot of factors like declining interest, rising costs, and a change of business direction back to the perfumery and my own range of perfumes. We are not event managers and this was never a core part of our business. We have enjoyed the many groups we have hosted but we need to evolve as we come into our 20th year.

In the Fleurage Perfumery the Master Perfumer designs and makes all the perfume range for sale. To do this we have a current collection of over 2000 scent ingredients. There are rare botanicals, standard botanicals, isolates, and simple and complex compounds of synthetic scent ingredients. Today we are moving them to another location in the studio. 2000+ is a lot of bottles. Can you guess how they are organised?

-no more group perfume making sessions
-individual perfume making sessions will soon cost $350
-two person perfume making session will son cost $700

-no more design service to brands or startups
-individual samples of perfumes will soon be replaced by range discovery sets
-the studio will be opening up to the public as a shop with regular hours and not by appointment.

the perfume creation session price is going to be going up! we have absorbed the many costs that have been increasing for the last seven years but we need to raise the price to make it work.
Our offer is far superior to others that have popped up around the place so if you want a serious session creating your own unique perfume under the guidance of the perfumer who has taught many others then ours is the one for you.
The price will be going up to $350 for one person and 2 for $700
