In addition to providing therapy to adult clients I also am a Board-Approved Supervisor and offer psycho-educational workshops and seminar presentations to businesses and organisations. Sometimes we need that extra source of support and guidance to help us when we’re feeling stuck. I like to help my clients learn new ways of responding to their life’s challenges; to free them from their old restri
ctive patterns that leave them feeling trapped. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and supportive. I aim to help my clients create a life that is with awareness of what is truly important to them while also effectively handling the pain and distress that they are currently struggling with.
