This lasagna is super tasty and is layered with delicious roasted eggplant and sweet potato 🙌🏼🌱

Leftovers can either be frozen or eaten a few days later and is perfect for work lunches ☺️

So here we are - my amazing mum and I on our last week of cooking 🤍👩🏼‍🍳👯❤️ She has definitely made this all possible - she has always helped me in the kitchen. But for the last 18 months she has given up two full days a week to bake muffins slices and lots of yummy treats 🧁🍪🍫 It has been so much fun working with you mumma 💕 you are such a kind hearted selfless person who is loved very much! Along with the love for your treats 💖
I have definitely learnt my baking skills from you 😉🥰🙌❣️

Both my parents have supported me and my vision for many years. Unfortunately after a few unforeseen events circumstances have changed. However I am so grateful for them both being there constantly for myself and my family. They run around after my girls and for the first time in years my paperwork is up to date 😅 thanks dad! ❤️ When I couldn’t get certain products they would be running around finding them for me. Washing dishes tasting new recipes and most importantly just being there for a chat 😍

So here’s to many more happy memories❣️
This isn’t the end of creating delicious food for me - it will be just be in a different way 🌈🙏🏼

Here I am with my last Cake as a wholesaler
🍰🌱🌈🌷

I unfortunately have had to give up on my business for a few reasons - mainly because my RSI has worsen over the past few months 😔
This weekend has been filled with mixed emotions as I realise it’s my last weekend of cooking 🧑‍🍳 As I prepare for my final week I am so thankful to all my clients (who I regard as friends 🧡) we have been through so much over the past 5 years and I will miss our weekly chats and exchanging of sweets for coffee 😆❤️

Change is difficult but as I have been processing and accepting it I know it’s all for a reason 🙏🏼
My next step will be sharing with you all my recipes. Now that I will have the time… I can’t wait to finally post my creations so you all can make and enjoy them 💟

It’s stormy evenings like tonight is when I crave some of this Braised Veef Lasagna ⛈ 😋

I made a Beetroot & Apple Relish to go with it which added some beautiful colour but also some sweetness to compliment the rich tomato Moroccan Veef and vegan cheese layers 🙌🏼💟

This is definitely something I have been trying to accept for sometime and lately has definitely come to the foreground….it is hard however once you have accepted it the process is a lot more enjoyable 💟🙌🏼
