H**p seed oil is made solely from the nutrient dense seeds of the h**p plant (hence the name).
Without going into too much detail, h**p seed oil contains a lot of essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, including vitamin E!
It’s also a great source of both omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids.

For these reasons, this is why you can see it popping up in more and more health food & beauty products.

Unlike h**p oil though, it contains a very low concentration of cannabinoids, such as CBD.

H**p oil is produced from the flower of the h**p plant, and in full spectrum h**p oil (complete cannabinoid) the whole plant is used including: flower, leaf, seed and stem. By doing this, we end up with a product containing over 100 different cannabinoids (including CBD), terpenes and flavonoids. Plus, it’s rich in all those essential vitamins and minerals we mentioned earlier.

New investigations into the role of the endocannabinoid system (ECS) in our brain and its relationship in numerous neurological diseases is leading scientists down a different train of thought.

Keeping a healthy functioning ECS is the key to keeping your brain healthy! We have only begun to understand the intricate connection between the ECS, the brain and their governing effect on our body.

The ECS is one of the most extensive signalling systems and assists in the regulation of numerous neurological effects:
- Providing neurons (brain cells) to be more adaptogenic; allowing them to adjust to injury, disease or environmental changes more easily.
- Protecting the brain from over expression of glutamate. Excessive glutamate release in the brain can lead to death or neurons
- Protects the brain by reducing oxidative stress and inflammation plus up-regulating antioxidants.
- Regulates neurotransmitter release/communication and is involved in pain signalling.

By understanding the influence it has within the brain, we can see how targeting the ECS can be useful in the treatment of many neurological diseases.

We deliberately source our h**p from because of their values and their farms are based in the beautiful Northern Rivers of NSW.

The Northern rivers is a vast volcanic region with rich fertile soil, some of the most purest water in the country and is has the most optimal climate to grow h**p.

This beautiful sacred region, has been shaped and watched over by Mt Warning - Wollumbin. Which in the language of the traditional owners of the land means “Cloud Catcher” or “Fighting Chief of the Mountains”.

It’s hard not to be energetically drawn to this region and we’re very proud to have a product sustainably sourced and biodynamically grown here.

For many, the link between mind and body is not a surprise, however, only recently has science begun to understand and uncover the interconnectedness of our many physiological systems.

The endocannabinoid system (ECS) acts as a massive signalling network that assists in communication across various physiological systems and orchestrating them to function optimally.

The discovery of the ECS; as an amazing communication system specifically between the mind, gut and immune system, and is described as a major medical breakthrough (Road to Ananda).

Because the ECS serves as such a pivotal juncture, it may very well be the key crossroad to the mind-body connection.

With such a big movement towards a more sustainable and greener future, it’s time we start seriously considering how to better utilise h**p in this much needed shift.

We often get asked this for predominantly a couple of reasons.
We completely understand that some can get nervous about the cost, while others simply just don’t like taking any vitamins, minerals or oils.

The simple answer is NO.
Our body naturally produces endocannabinoids to help keep our body in balance. When we fall out of balance or become deficient in endocannabinoids, we can use h**p oil to help top them up and get our body firing again.

We always recommend to take 0.5ml twice daily (1ml a day) for at least 10 days but ideally 30 days to ensure your body’s levels are topped up, and you’ve given your body every opportunity to fall back into balance.
From then on, we’ve found it reasonable to half the dose for the next month or two and see if you’re still feeling as amazing as you were before. You can keep reducing your dose until you find an amount that works for you.

This way a 30ml bottle lasts you months, you’re maintaining your body’s endocannabinoid system and you’re getting more bang for you buck!

"Compounds in cannabis can prevent infection from the virus that causes Covid-19 by blocking its entry into cells, according to a study published this week by researchers affiliated with Oregon State University.

A report on the research, “Cannabinoids Block Cellular Entry of SARS-CoV-2 and the Emerging Variants,” was published online on Monday by the Journal of Natural Products."
