Nikifit Fitness Health & Wellness When I’m not hanging out at the gym I love camping, music festivals, the great outdoors, dancing and generally having a good time.

I believe that anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their age or fitness experience may be. I try to create a training environment that motivates, educates and empowers people to continually challenge themselves by keeping workouts interesting and varied so that my clients are having fun whilst

staying engaged and focused. I wish to share my passion and knowledge of health and fitness with others so they can take these teachings and incorporate them into their own lifestyle to strengthen both body and mind and improve self-confidence, personal motivation and fitness levels. Hi there Groovers, as the end of the year is drawing near and it's getting so busy there is only going to be one more tuesday afternoon dance class on for the year which will be Tuesday 16th Nov 5pm in the school hall at Guardian Angels. Class will resume in the new year on term 1.

Hello My FB Friends!!

Hope everyone has been doing ok in lockdown, I know with the tough restrictions people are afraid to leave their homes, even to exercise.

With that said I'm going to do a live zoom fitness class this afternoon at 4.30pm, so you can get a great workout in the comfort of your lounge room.

No experience is needed and high and low options are demonstrated. Just wear something comfortable to work out in, have supportive footwear and some water.
