It’s been a while since I’ve sat in front of a camera, but here we are…

I’m always curious around the role that age plays when it comes to conception and how we can integrate the reality of what that may mean, but also the desires of a future child and what they’re needing from their parents for their upcoming journey.

But what I’ve come to realise in the years doing this work is that age can be a really helpful support for your journey - challenging the “biological clock is ticking” narrative that’s rife in our society.

What if the clock is ticking just as it’s meant to?

This is a big elephant-in-the-room topic for so many women, but it doesn’t need to be. Age and conception can be a beautiful and powerful combination!

Hi 👋 Lauren here, emerging from 3 months of Born Energy stillness.

And I have learned something new.

When you stop, when you surrender, when you let go of life and become still, you create way for the new.

And not "letting go" in the spiritual, mind-based, even ritualistic sense.

For me, it wasn't about burning paper in the fire, setting intentions, sageing my energy field, journalling, or talking things through.

It was in the actual nothingness that lurks in the depth of space and silence 😳

And in that space, that depth, that silence, came something new.

And today I wanted to share that with you:

I have been on a bit of a hiatus from social media since February.

It’s been a deep, inward time of reflection, sitting with the next steps in business and in life. I realised I was living from a very masculine space and getting caught up in all the “shoulds” of business that I’d been taught over the years, especially around consistency.

But somewhere along the way I became disconnected from myself, my feminine energy and my soul’s path.

So I did the most unnatural thing in the world (for me).

I stopped.

No posts, no podcast episodes, and for a while, no clients. 

It was unfamiliar and insanely uncomfortable to be still and quiet.

And as I slowly, and mindfully, emerge from my unexpected cocoon, I’ll be moving from a different space, a different energy.

My signature session “Baby Soul Energies and Timelines” is still available.

My podcast “Babies From Beyond” will be relaunched soon.

But this week, I also have a limited number of spots for mini baby soul readings, consisting of a one-card pull and a short intuitive message just for you.

Times are changing.
Families are changing.
Energies are changing.
Priorities are changing.

Today's children are driving these changes.

Many women share with me about the guilt they feel when considering separating from their child's father, and/or raising their child without the full-time presence of a biological father.

But children already know what they're born into.

On the soul level, the understand your soul and their father's soul.
They know the timelines that are most likely to play out.

If a full-time, biological father is what they most needed for their life, they would have made another decision about their journey to the Earth.

This is a sensitive, but common topic and so I really wanted to shine more "soul light" onto this, through a wider lens.

What if you trusted your own intuition?

It's easy to think that it's just wishful thinking.
It's easy to think that it's your imagination.
It's easy to think you're making it up.

But so often, your baby/child's soul (or your own soul) is *trying* to communicate with you

So "the work" isn't about trying to connect...it's about receiving what's already coming to you...

Without your mind getting in the way and telling you otherwise...

Years ago baby soul communication was easier. Timelines were clearer and the energies were a little bit more predictable.

But not any more.

You have any number of timelines constantly available to you and your child. And these timelines are being influenced by many different energies (both internal and external) as they unfold.

It's no longer "your baby is going to come in May". For the vast majority of souls, their timeline is not matching up with particular Earth months/dates—at least not as much as it used to.

And today, as the door closes on traditional baby soul readings, a new door opens into the next chapter, I'll be focusing more on baby soul energy rather than baby soul readings.

8 years ago I started doing in person hands-on energy healing work: 1:1 and group sessions. For me personally, and also for my clients, working with energy worked on a deeper level than the mind. And it was so powerful.

Over the years, in-person healings evolved into online and remote healings, with the same benefits and potency, but without having to leave the house 😂

This is where the women I've worked with have had the most profound shifts: in their own energy, their mind, their feelings, their physical body and with their children (in spirit or earthside).

'Cos today's babies and children are so energetically sensitive and attuned, so it makes even more sense to work on this level: For you and for them.

The main difference is that we'll tune into your energy, your soul and your baby/child's soul to *see what's there* rather than going searching for information.

It's about reading the energy and leaning into the wisdom that it offers, rather than looking for answers to questions that may not be available.

This is soul energy work.
It's deep.
It's powerful.
