So this is what I’ve been up to the last few weeks. I injured my shoulder doing jumps in the snow over in New Zealand. I’ve had an acromioclavicular joint stabilisation and I’m gonna take you through what I’ve been doing to manage this!!!

The vagus nerve can be the biggest barrier and overlooked reason why your aren’t getting better. When treating vagus nerve issues, they can be very different in various people and need to be assessed to get the best results and not overstimulate or cause harm. Common things that cause vagus nerve problems include: weak neck, viral infection, whiplash, chronic stress, food poisoning, trauma at birth, toxin exposure. Combinations of multiple are usually the tip offs for a vagus nerve issue.
