I’ve been doing this work for years now.
And the thing that still blows my mind (in the most BEAUTIFUL way!!) is the moment a woman’s body finally lets go of something her mind has been trying to ‘fix’ for so longgggg 😭

And it’s usually because she felt it & let it move through her.

It’s not that you’re broken or ‘doing it wrong’. It’s that you’re only focusing on half of yourself - your mind.

Your mind can understand your trauma. It can remember it, name it, journal it, talk about it until you know the story like the back of your hand

But it’s still living inside of your body.

That’s the part some people are still trying to avoid.
But the nervous system doesn’t respond to knowledge, it responds to felt experience, such as breath, movement, being witnessed in your emotion, somatic practices. The kind of healing that doesn’t just happen in your head, but moves through your whole body ✨

When I work with women, whether that’s in my 1:1 container, in-person, or inside NXT LVL, this is where we go, because you can only go so far without it.
