The OMG effect!!

Yesterday, a customer came into the cafe and thought they'd try my potato bake, after one piece the customer said "That was amazing, I really have to buy another to take home"

Monday's tend to be reset salad days, after the weekend

Today, I've set the record and made five, all from scratch, all fresh and all our own sauces.
3 vegan, 1 containing feta, and 1 containing egg.

There is something for every tastebud, if you feel like you want to get your body back on track.

The Raw Prebiotic/probiotic salad.
Great gut health is not just about introducing healthy gut bacteria, it's about feeding them with cellulose and fibre.

Today's raw salad is filled with both naturally fermented vegetables and the raw vegetables needed to supply you with everything you need to inoculate the gut and feed them their favourite foods.
