A beautiful (and very chilly) pre-sunrise slow stitching cacao meditation this morning.

Watching the moon drift off to bed as the sun slowly rose, with warm cacao in hand and a blanket wrapped tight around my shoulders.

Slow stitches. Slow sips. Slow morning.

I've begun working in a new scrap fabric meditation book, a space for intentional stitching, where perfection isn't required and precision doesn't matter. Just needle, thread, fabric, and presence.

A quiet reminder that creativity doesn't always need a purpose. Sometimes it simply asks us to slow down, breathe deeply, and be here. 🪡☕️✨️
