Over the weekend I stumbled across Elin at .art and watched her amazing tutorial on how she created her stitch book. Naturally, off to I went! 😂
The lovely staff there helped me find the right fabric, and I came home and created my own stitch journal. I absolutely LOVE how it came together. 🧵✨
Thank you, Elin! Your instructions helped me so much. My previous stitch books were so difficult to actually work in, and it turns out the right fabric choice really does make ALL the difference! 🙌
My first page is dedicated to last night's Cacao live on Insight Timer. I love my Sunday night LIVES where together we end our weekend in beautiful supportive ceremony. Last night we enjoyed a joyful meditation followed by a creative writing activity, and now that beautiful energy gets to live on in my stitch journal. 🫶

A moment to be present, not perfect, which is probably why my stitched words are perfectly wonky. 😂 My stitches aren't uniform, the letters aren't perfect and honestly… that's the whole point. I was present. I was creating. And I enjoyed every wonky little stitch between each sip of cacao ☕️🧵🥰
