Hi Friends, Happy New Year to you!

I don't know about you, but towards the end of last year I became very, very tired! I had a big year, and was feeling it by the end.

As you all know, I am not a person who relies on coffee and/or alcohol, but it still got to the point that I was taking all the supplements I know, and decided there has to be a better way.

What you may not know is that at age 26 I nearly died from adrenal exhaustion. Yup, you read that right. At the ripe old age of 26, my adrenals were nearly finished up. I learned how to turn that around and got on with my life, however, in the last 8 years or so, I have seen a surge of people with adrenal issues and everything from certain time-of-day tiredness to complete chronic fatigue.

So I have decided to develop an energy balancing tool and supplement, geared to exhaustion under stress. Figure I can help more people this way than trying to fit them in for appointments; and I'd like to ask: who would be interested in something that helped balance and maintain your energy and mood levels throughout the day, and helped you sleep better at night as well - without making you wired and tired?

Had a ball today teaching a class full of beautiful people the emotional and mental stress release points in our first unit of the Level 4 Professional Kinesiology Practitioner course! They enjoyed it so much! All were very still, and enjoying their inner quiet afterwards.

We had a great day 2 at the Brisbane Health, Harmony and Soul Festival, helping people out of emotional, mental, physical and even spiritual pain.

We were able to bring two ladies levels of anxiety down to zero, eliminate a gentleman's gut pain and completely eliminate one lady's lower back pain.

Excellent first day at the Festival helping people. My first client had an incredible shift and change in pain levels in all her muscles and spinal column from 10/10 to 0/10. She is astounded. She will be coming for more sessions and dragged in her 2 friends for sessions as well 😂
