As I head off to India for the next little adventure 🇮🇳✨
I know many of you have been wanting a way to continue practicing with me while I’m away, so I’ve created an online practice space with two Himalayan Breath Kriya sessions for you to return to anytime 💛

These practices are designed to help you reset your energy, reconnect to yourself and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, grounded and uplifted from within ✨

You’ll have unlimited access until July 31 through your own private login, so you can practice from anywhere, whenever it feels aligned 💫

Join me for a Himalayan breathwork & meditation session on the beach at sunrise ☀️ 5:45am Monday 4th May on Miami Beach

Rising before the sun when the world is calm is one of the best things you can do to start your day with good energy 💛
We can then make that day even better with energising & expanding breathwork, stabilising meditation and then opening your eyes to greet the sun as it rises ☀️

Arrive early as we’ll start right on 5:45am so that the end of the meditation times in with the sunrise. Bring a towel or something to sit on and something for your shoulders incase the morning air is chilly.

Meet me on the beach just in front of Miami Surf Club for this sweet 30min session to start your day with powerful presence.

Everyone is welcome 💛

Stick around after for a dip in the ocean if it charms you and/or a coffee or juice at Piccolo Espresso for a bit of social connection ☺️ it might be chilly before the sun arrives, so rug up if you need!

Join me for a Himalayan breathwork & meditation session on the beach at sunrise ☀️ 6:00am Monday 6th April on Miami Beach ~ Easter Monday public holiday

Rising with the sun when the world is calm is one of the best things you can do to start your day with good energy 💛
We can make that day even better by soaking in the sun’s morning rays, with the ocean sounds, some energising & expanding breathwork and a stabilising meditation ☀️

We’ll start at 6:00am right as the sun is due to rise. After soaking it in, we will practice a 30min Himalayan breath & meditation session. You may like to bring sunglasses and a hat, also a towel or something to sit on.

Meet me on the beach, just in front of Miami Surf Club South side, for this sweet session to start your day with powerful presence.

This class integrates Himalayan breath kriyas amongst the Hatha Vinyasa practice. This practice allows the practitioner to deepen presence, cultivate inner strength and increase energy to move through the physical practice. A holistic approach to yoga practice taught by a Sattva Yoga Master teacher.
