How can we have a life of good memories if we do not partake in the experiences or behaviours that create them? This therapy is guided transformation for emotional enhancement, specifically for dealing with the aspects of our emotional processing which we want to get through in a supported manner – be it rapidly, more thoroughly, or simply re-visit intentionally, so we can understand ourselves better each day and ultimately have more input into our destiny.
