💫 PILATES: A mat-based class focused on strengthening, toning and building a mind-body connection. From beginners to advanced, all levels are accommodated by Alexa
TUESDAY: 06:30-07:30am

💫 YOGA: A one hour flow followed by 30 mins of blissful meditation with Amanda. Focus on strength, balance, breath and progression. All levels accommodated
