what up hoochies and homies! really keen to get fit and healthy, lose the gut and a couple of chins too...lol.... i play mens/mixed netball and absolutely love it. Been smoke free since December the 5th and feel amazing because of it. I would really appreciate any tips and motivation you have that could help me
