HUGE shoutout to E-Man ❤️🤙

Yesterday, Eman was recognised as a finalist for Gold Coast Young Australian of the Year 🤯 — and honestly, we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving.

There’s so many amazing things we could say about E-Man.

He was the very first Mate at Support Mates.
He’s the life of the party.
He brings the energy everywhere he goes.
And somehow by the end of every trip… everybody knows who he is 😄

Ethan has a special gift for making people feel welcome, connected, and part of something.

We’re seriously proud of you mate ❤️

All For Love ❤️

We’re bringing the community together for a special fundraiser in support of Lisa and her family as she goes through cancer treatment.

Join us for a night of live performances, artwork, BBQ, raffles, and a whole lot of heart — in collaboration with the team at HeartSpace Disability Services.

And trust us, the raffle is already shaping up to be something pretty special. We’ll be sharing more on that soon 🤫

100% of ticket sales, raffle funds, food sales and event proceeds will go directly to Lisa and her family.

We’re really excited to finally announce this one.

Support Mates is officially sponsoring a team in the Gold Coast Basketball Unified League — welcome …… the Mates League 🏀🤙

Over the last few months, we’ve been working behind the scenes with the team to bring the jerseys and sponsorship together, and seeing the final result has honestly been pretty special.

Programs like this are incredibly important. They create community, Mates, confidence, and a place where everyone can feel part of something bigger.

It was also very cool seeing one of our own mates, Hayden, out there representing the team as well.

Huge thank you to everyone involved in the Unified League for everything you do for the community. We’re proud to support it.

From walks through Tamborine Mountain to helping out at karate, cooking sessions, fishing trips, and trying new things along the way — there’s always something happening.

It’s all about getting involved, building confidence, and enjoying the process together 🤙
