Some simple tips:
• Talk to your baby all day – describe what you’re doing
• Make eye contact when speaking
• Respond to their coos and babbles
• Read simple books every day 📚
• Sing songs and nursery rhymes 🎶
• Use facial expressions and gestures
• Repeat words often (e.g. “milk”, “mummy”, “bye-bye”)
• Give them time to “reply”
• Imitate the sounds they make
• Keep it fun, warm, and engaging 💛
