Spicy little swim set this morning with a few getting race ready for .
Learned dryland and in water warm ups for race day.
Main set -
3 X the following
3 x 50m race takeout speed
after third straight into 300m at race pace (learning to settle in and bring down the HR).
50m at 90%

Body Position Swim Set:
If the body sits high, everything is easier.
1. Get the right feel by using all the toys - fins, snorkel, kickboard.
2. Start removing the aids but keeps reps short so fatigue and old habits don't creep in
3. Finished with threshold work because the fitness still matters.

What a weekend of furious racing on my doorstep. Friday Para-triathlon and then Saturday & Sunday Supersprint Championships. Just awe-inspiring performances from everyone. Massive congrats to our athletes that raced 🔥💪
