This is what my mornings look like now 🌅 Salt air, bare feet, and a heart that feels at peace. A few years ago I couldn't have imagined it. If you're still in the hard part, please know it doesn't stay that way forever. Something new is coming at Over The Rainbow Wellness… 💛

Good morning, beautiful souls 🌻

A few days ago this sunflower was tightly closed, quietly gathering its strength. This morning it opened, turning towards the light.

Isn't that just like us? There are seasons when we hold ourselves closed, healing and growing in ways no one else can see. Then one day we're ready to open again.

Something new is blooming here at Over The Rainbow Wellness, and I can't wait to share it with you very soon. 💛

Behind the scenes… what is Over The Rainbow Wellness?

I created Over the Rainbow Wellness as a safe space for women who are ready to grow, learn and heal. Drawing on my qualifications and my own life experience, I guide and walk beside each woman as she finds her way back to herself, feeling held, heard and supported every step of the way.
