Is Science finally catching up with the wisdom of ancient knowledge of Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine?

Is it possible that living beings or entities have a measurable energy field that serves not only as a vehicle for our energy but also a governing intelligence able to indicate and communicate its functionality and state of vitality and health?

Those who work in the field of frequency and energy healing suggest that this subtle energy field, often referred to as the aura or chi, plays a fundamental role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

How can we re-frame suffering?

No-one is denying that suffering isn't real and present in the lives of so many.

Acknowledging suffering is important, whether it is physical, mental or emotional.

Is it possible perhaps to look at suffering through a different lens?

So much of our suffering can come from resisting what is.

No matter what we experience, value can be found in it, that is the nature of human potential.

Change refers to the process of moving from one state or condition to another. During this process, certain behaviours and characteristics may need to be left behind.

These are typically displayed through our actions and can be changed on physical, emotional, and mental levels.

To bring about these changes, we must approach them in a mindful manner.

Our behaviours are embedded in layers, starting with our outward actions that are usually prompted by physical sensations in our nervous system.

These actions are based on beliefs that we have internalized in our subconscious mind.

Let's embody love and use it without judgement.

Yesterday we felt called to the beautiful Heritage Hideaway Cafe in Tallebudgera Valley to meditate out in the little forest clearing and send loving energy to all those who have lost loved ones and homes in Lahaina, Maui, as well as anyone else who might have need of it. No matter how these events arose, they arose out of fear, we cannot use love as a weapon to conquer that fear. Fear can only be transformed through love.

It felt; as we drummed and called on all of the Earth Mother's children, that the beautiful winged ones took flight and carried that energy in their song to exactly where it needed to go.

Being a channel for Divine love sends that love out to transform those who act out of fear, remembering that fear shows up as greed, power, and all fear-based emotions, helps to raise our vibrations and theirs.
