Today was one of those days that stays with you. ❤️

I spent some time with Blake today, took a few meals over for his family, and spent some time supporting his family and the incredible staff who have been beside him through this journey.

Blake is far too young to have faced everything life has thrown at him. But despite everything, he has lived a life filled with experiences, connection and, most importantly, an incredible amount of love. He has touched more lives than he will probably ever know.

Seeing the love surrounding him today was something I won’t forget. His family’s strength and devotion to him is truly beautiful.

Sometimes life reminds us just how precious and fragile it really is. Hug your kids, tell your family you love them, and don’t take the ordinary days for granted.

Thinking of beautiful Blake and everyone who loves him. ❤️

Great support session today, took our client to fishability and then on a big boat where he got to draw and colour in his expression of the boat. Big shout out to my friend that helped out and had us on his boat plus encourage conversation with our client. It was great to take him home and say he had an amazing day which was catered to what he loves doing.

🌿 Another amazing garden transformation completed! 🌿

Considering the limited hours our gardener had on site, the results speak for themselves. 💪

The lawns were smashed out, the overgrown areas were brought back under control, and most importantly, the property was made safe and presentable again. It’s incredible what can be achieved with the right attitude, hard work, and attention to detail.

Nothing beats seeing a space go from untidy and potentially hazardous to clean, neat, and inviting. Another happy client and another yard brought back to life! 🌱✨

Sometimes the best nursing moments happen at the last minute 💙

Today I was called out for a last-minute Registered Nurse wound care visit for a beautiful 90-year-old lady in the comfort of her own home. She was so lovely, and I took the time to explain every step of the wound care process — what I was doing, why it was important, and how we can support healing and comfort moving forward.

We completed a full tidy-up including hedge trimming, w**ding, and a general garden clean — creating a safer, neater space to enjoy.

Another happy client! 🌿

We recently helped tidy up a garden bed by installing a w**d barrier along the fence line to stop invasive kikuyu from creeping in. The job involved digging a trench, laying the barrier, backfilling, and leaving everything clean and neat.

It’s great to see such a positive result—and an even happier client at the end! 😊
