I don’t routinely recommend environmental toxin testing for every child.

But in some cases, particularly where symptoms persist despite appropriate gut and nutritional support, it can be an important missing piece.

For a limited time, I’m able to offer the MOE-Tox Complete Profile at a reduced rate.

If you’ve been wondering whether environmental exposures could be playing a role in your child’s health, this may be worth considering.

To order the test:
DM full name, date of birth, parent/caregiver full name (for patients under the age of 18), email, phone number, and postal address.

There is so much I wish I could explain in appointments about eczema (how skin barrier damage develops, why flares keep recurring, and how nutrition, sleep, immune function and daily care all intersect) but the reality is that appointment time is limited, and not every family can access 1:1 care as frequently as they’d like.

I’m only able to see patients during my children’s school hours, which can be very limiting for parents who also work school hours or who need support outside of my appointment availability - particularly during periods of ongoing or unpredictable flares.

That’s why I’ve opened Limited Access to the first part of my Eczema Foundations Protocol.

This gives families access to the same foundational education I start with in clinic, the part that helps you understand:

- What eczema actually is, from a paediatric naturopathic perspective
- Why it so often becomes an ongoing issue (including why symptoms rebound when treatments stop)
- The common misconceptions that keep families stuck in flare cycles

You can watch in your own time, revisit lessons as needed, and start making sense of what’s happening with your child’s skin health, all without needing a 1:1 appointment.

If and when you’re ready, there’s the option to continue into the full protocol with additional education, resources, and optional personalised support pathways.

Limited Access is available now!

Many babies and children start life with a yeast imbalance - and no one ever connects the dots.

If you had:
👉 Oral or ni**le thrush
👉 Recurrent vaginal thrush
👉 Group B strep antibiotics during labour
👉 A baby with stubborn cradle cap
👉 Ongoing reflux, wind, constipation or diarrhoea
👉 Eczema or random rashes
👉 Low iron
👉 Sugar or carb cravings

…There’s a good chance yeast (like Candida) was part of the picture from the very beginning.

Medicare funded stool tests DO NOT check for yeast or fungal overgrowth.
So it gets missed over and over - even when symptoms persist.

The Culture PCR + Parasitology (CP+P) test checks for:
✔ Bacteria
✔ Parasites
✔ Viruses
✔ AND yeast/fungi
✔Treatment options for anything that shows up.

An assument of yeast growth could be the missing puzzle piece!

🌱 CP+P Test
Usually $515 → now $299
Results interpretation: $159

DM me if you’d like to explore the next steps or want to check if it’s right for your family ❤️

This is the most helpful starting point for kids with eczema, tummy pain, constipation, reflux, bloating, behaviour changes, recurring worms, or suspected infections.

Stool testing kits currently $299 (normally $515) and results interpretation for $159.

There’s no supplement that is guaranteed to prevent kidney damage, there is no specific probiotic that will stop urinary tract infections, and there’s no single herbal medicine that will prevent bedwetting.

Naturopathic medicine works when we personalise healthcare. We need to treat the individual child rather than their diagnosis.

My biggest most beautiful boy was diagnosed with a form of kidney disease called hydronephrosis at 20 weeks gestation.

That was almost 12 years ago now, but the experience of having a baby with a chronic disease stayed with me. It changed my career path and led to a clinical focus in children's health.

Children's kidney and urinary tract health is where my journey as a Children's Health Naturopath started.

Issues with constipation can pop up during the introduction of solids. The process of transitioning from milk feeding to solid food can put pressure on the gut, because we're asking an immature digestive system to work harder for the very first time.

If constipation goes untreated, the build up of hard stool in the colon can cause the bowel to distend. This can lead to impaired muscle tone in the intestinal walls, which can exacerbate the constipation cycle, making it more challenging to resolve.

The causes of constipation aren't always obvious, which is why it's so important to thoroughly review digestive function and overall gut health. We want to figure out why the issue started, so we can address the cause and work towards resolving the problem.
